I asked for extra hot water to add to my tea cup. A girl jumped up to say they dont give hot water out. The gentleman assisted me. It was a bad experience that was not necessary and self inflicted after giving a tip.

No outlets. Big bummer.
Vibe is fine just one homeless guy outside.
Music was wayyy too loud to focus.
went in for my birthday and ended up not getting anything because of how rude the employee was ):
Got here at 7:15 this evening (posted QR code and Google both says they close at 7:30) and the doors were locked. Lights were still on and mop bucket was out, though no employees were to be found. Maybe 5 other people tried going in while I was there because they also thought the same thing. Lazy closer I guess.
Don’t order matcha lattes here; three times now they’ve put coffee/espresso in my matcha latte order
This organization made at least a few thousand dollars off of me over 10 years but they wouldn't let me into the restroom without a purchase when I popped in in a hurry and asked for a restroom code lol.
Bad customer service, rude team.

This location is consistently poor in the experience they deliver. The shop is dirty, messy and not well maintained. The cold cases are rarely neat or re-stocked in a tidy fashion. They moved the furniture around in a less than desirable way which does not maximize the seating capacity or the original design of the shop and location of pendant lights. The staff is slow, busy talking amongst themselves and not focused on customers. Furthermore, online orders are prioritized over those in person. Since this is my local shop I really wish it was an enjoyable way to start the day - but it is not....
Terrible service. The cashiers and the person who helps them have an ogre face, as if you were asking them for things for free, just for a simple loaf of bread. It took more than 30 minutes to heat it up. The coffee guy was very quick, he gave me my coffee in less than 10 minutes. But the slow old ladies don't move, they just spend their time talking. The bathrooms are super dirty.
Spacious and convenient parking lot that they share with Bristol Farms and other smaller stores. Makes picking up online orders very easy. Good amount of seating inside and outside. Fast service.

It appeared to be a good choice for coffee drinks. Some parking nearby, fast service. It turned out to be an ordinary experience, but I really have no complaints as the coffee did hit the spot.
Today, I go in and order a regular size cold brew with a shot of espresso. First, she put the cream, then the cold brew, but instead of a fresh shot of espresso, she fills the cup from a pitcher on the counter, which was probably ice coffee. It tastes really bitter and nothing like the one I got from the starbucks on palms and national. I didn't say anything because last time it happened, the girl said it was espresso pre-made. On top of that, I had to wait so long the guy asked me if I was waiting for a drink.
