Spacious and convenient parking lot that they share with Bristol Farms and other smaller stores. Makes picking up online orders very easy. Good amount of seating inside and outside. Fast service.

Today, I go in and order a regular size cold brew with a shot of espresso. First, she put the cream, then the cold brew, but instead of a fresh shot of espresso, she fills the cup from a pitcher on the counter, which was probably ice coffee. It tastes really bitter and nothing like the one I got from the starbucks on palms and national. I didn't say anything because last time it happened, the girl said it was espresso pre-made. On top of that, I had to wait so long the guy asked me if I was waiting for a drink.

The staff isn’t friendly. Borderline rude. I understand if this is a one off experience, but it’s par for the course at this Starbucks. Hopefully management takes a pulse on their staff and the customer experience here.

1 - Zero welcome. The worker just stared at me. However, I said "Hi" to her.2 - The worker unwrapped our purchased cheese sandwich with bare hands in order to heat it, after using the register.3 - Another worker told us to stand away from the counter - we couldn't see the sandwich prepared.Unacceptable lack of standards.I communicated with the Starbucks company and they were no help. I provided the number of the store, date and order number from my credit card charge. They said that without a photo of the receipt they would do nothing. Unacceptable.

I love my neighborhood, Starbucks, the staff incredible. Regardless the time when I visit the store they always get my coffee just perfect never mess the atmosphere is incredible. I tip my hat, to Linda the store manager, and the shifts leaders Lesly and Ayesha because the staff always happy. They work very well together they seems excited to be there just that positive energy all over the store. Yulisa, Paulina,Mica, Lesly، Henry, copper, Mariam, Betsy, Peyton, Dlyn, Wyatt,Ayesha, they all super stars, and they provide 5 star service day in and day out, they are my super awesome, happy and positive Starbucks family.They keep the store clean and organized from open to close, I enjoy setting on thePatio since the sore opens 7+ years every morning, enjoying my cup of coffee, the spark of my day every day, much love and respect to my lovely Starbucks family.Warmest regards,Leo
