Second time I come here and the products are not the best. First I ordered a small coffee but quality was not good, and second I ordered a frapuccino but it had only sweet taste, nothing coffee or other spices. Should improve quality of products.

This Starbucks is great! The employees are really sweet and the drinks are always on point! I couldn’t help but notice how rude one of the managers, Vince, was to his employees. As a former customer service worker, I sympathize for employees that have to deal with such hostile managers!

First things first, whoever is in charge of this location I hope you know you have the best people working there and I do hope you reward them for that! I used to live close by and I move out and I still go to this location because the drinks taste much better there! That’s one but second and most importantly is, last Friday around 3:45 pm I placed an online order and when I got there to pick up it was PACKED! As I was waiting for my drink a group of kids (from 9 to 13 yo) were being harassed by a mentally disturbed homeless and no one did anything but one of the employees! I’m a mom too and that TOTALLY got my attention because they were extremely busy and they could have ignored the situation but they said something. And still they delivered my drink perfectly!!! I could have stopped by the one right next my job but the customer service is horrible and they always make mistakes on the drinks and act as if you are bothering them by pointing out their mistakes. But at this location the employees are always nice, the drinks are always great and the most important thing is that they looked out for those kids that didn’t have an adult with them rare people out there! God bless the employees that handled the situation as a mom of a 9yo boy it makes me happy to see that there are great people out there!

Starbucks is good and its ‘s quality remains a top priority . What makes on chain diff from other is the service and atmosphere. Service definitely needs improvement here . Customer service need improvement, there is lack of interest in helping customer with their needs

I have many locations on my way to work however alway prefer to go to this locations due to the service and atmosphere. Service a majority of the time is great. I am greatful of having Brook and Blanca when they're in, alway with a smile & making each visit experience feel comfortable & inviting. Little times I see 1 barista doing register and drinks all together let alone pick up orders as well. That can be very overwhelming as anyone can imagine and manage to still complete the job, I've seen improvement on this recently & I hope not to see 1 barista alone moving forward while someone else is doing inventory during a rush.

This Starbucks consistently delivers! The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. More than once baristas went above and beyond to recommend a new drinks, and even offered to customize it to my taste. The manager, Vince, is fantastic. He creates a welcoming atmosphere and ensures everything runs smoothly. It's clear he cares about his team and customers, making this one of the best Starbucks experiences I've had.

Employees are too busy yapping loudly with each other to pay attention to customers. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes in plain sight of the staff without anyone asking what I wanted.
It’s always a hit and miss with the strawberry berry acai, most of times it comes out watery, you can tell by the color it comes out too. Stop being stingy with your sweeteners. I don’t like sugar that much but last time 2 times I was literally drinking water with 3 strawberry’s, I would appreciate it if you look at the color of your refreshers. Other than than that employees are always nice.

The slowest Starbuck I have been ... 3 ppl and working like they are snails or turtles... please proper train your representatives, there's some ppl that is in a hurry and we can not be just waiting for them to decide to do their jobs at a normal pace.... horrible slowest customer

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a long time and have never had a problem until now. On their website and door it says they open at 5:30 am. I made an order at 6:40 am and they didn't open until 7:00 am. I didn’t get my drink until 7:20. They were doing one at a time and no organization at all with only 2 employees. I would have preferred to be notified that the store would not be open until 7 so I would have went to another location.
