Employees are too busy yapping loudly with each other to pay attention to customers. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes in plain sight of the staff without anyone asking what I wanted.

It’s always a hit and miss with the strawberry berry acai, most of times it comes out watery, you can tell by the color it comes out too. Stop being stingy with your sweeteners. I don’t like sugar that much but last time 2 times I was literally drinking water with 3 strawberry’s, I would appreciate it if you look at the color of your refreshers. Other than than that employees are always nice.

This place has a cool vibe. They always are playing music to enjoy. I love the long table with the bar stools, which allows me to see everyone who comes in. I call it people watching lol. The food is good and fresh. The service is friendly and welcoming. Nice stop before my Pilates class in the morning when I have a little extra time

This location used to be very upbeat, fast, great service, even during busy time. Not sure if it's change of management or staff or both, service been very slow. The incident prompt me to write an review was this past Saturday. Saturday around Noon, their mobile order function was not available, so I ordered at the counter. Only the barista was there and he did call out for someone once he saw me, but I still have to wait a few minutes before 2 staff came from from the back. I ordered "A hot, venti, Caramel Macchiato, with ONLY 3 pumps of vanilla, please" (standard is 4 pumps) I have a mask on but I was pretty sure I spoke clear, loud, and slow enough. Then I caught a glimpse of my total on the register after I scanned my app, and it was higher than usual. I stepped aside and check my receipt and I was charged a Caffe Mocha with extra charge of 3 pumps of vanilla. HOW?! I asked the cashier and he said the barista will give me the correct drinks. and then I said, "you also charged me extra for syrup too?" and he said he will refund me. After I turned around, the customer behind me had to call me back to the register, because the cashier actually need to scan my app again, as he voided the previous order and rang up a new order.

The slowest Starbuck I have been ... 3 ppl and working like they are snails or turtles... please proper train your representatives, there's some ppl that is in a hurry and we can not be just waiting for them to decide to do their jobs at a normal pace.... horrible slowest customer

I stopped ordering from this location because of how slow their service was. Today, I gave them another chance, and unfortunately it was the same result. Online order said it would be ready by 11:38 a.m. I walked in at 11:42 a.m., and I still had to wait 5 minutes for it to be ready. There was 2 other customers waiting for their drinks. 5 employees were behind the counter, and 1 employee taking their break on the countertop. I still don't understand why the service was still so slow.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a long time and have never had a problem until now. On their website and door it says they open at 5:30 am. I made an order at 6:40 am and they didn't open until 7:00 am. I didn’t get my drink until 7:20. They were doing one at a time and no organization at all with only 2 employees. I would have preferred to be notified that the store would not be open until 7 so I would have went to another location.

Fast and friendly service. Just had the new Oleato drink. Absolutely delicious. The barista was knowledgeable about it and took the time to describe it to me.
