Absolutely the worst Starbucks experience! There were 3 staff talking to each other and ignored me not to take the order for a long time. Once they finally finished talking they were just trying to get rid of me. Is it a fake Starbucks branch? I suspect that they just put the logo and that’s it.

I wonder if if there’s still the people scamming by cashing out gift cards and then making complaints about the employees lol

This Starbucks is in a super convenient spot right inside the Original Farmers Market , great if you need a quick coffee while exploring. The drinks were made well and consistent with other locations, but the service was a bit slow, likely because it was very busy. Seating is limited, and it can get crowded fast. Good for a quick grab and go, but not ideal if you’re looking to sit and relax.

I came on 7/1/25
Around 5 PM
I order ice blended green tea mocha
The cashier charged me $ 5.75
Then I came to pick up my drink
The other lady that make the drink
Refuse to give me the drink and blame me that I didn’t pay for that
I checked my American Express credit card and I got charged.
She figure out they make mistake and
The cashier lady forgot to charge me extra dollars 25 for shot of espresso
Then I ask her if I just get my drink and pay the difference she was still refusing to give me the drink
I asked to talk the her manager
then the Manager started yelling on me what do you want ??!?
I told her just my drink that I paid
The manager reply and said take your drink
And you’re “not welcome here anymore”
So unprofessional.
The manager refused to give me her name
In order to report complaint
I have a friend that was there with me at the same time so we took some videos for evidence

They totally ruined matcha latte. Not just this store, all of them. Even though I ask for an extra scoop of matcha, it still looks almost white, like it's just milk. Tastes like milk too. Please go back to the old recipe!!!

I'm a regular customer from Starbucks , but today I just feel like drinking a cup of water . In all the Starbucks ,I ask for a cup of water and at this location they say no ,until I make a purchase. I do not feel like drinking anything else just water ,
the manager dont allow customers to use restroom even if they ordered , they make stupid rules that they can make exception.
bunch of lazy workers specially the manager in the 6am shift

We ordered 3 hot regular chocolate and we didn’t like them, so I knew the warranty Starbucks, that if you don’t like the product you can ask for an exchange, so I asked for 3 white chocolate, the crew was so rude and also he said, “One of the cup is half empty, so I’ll give it like that, it makes me laugh, and she gave me the same regular chocolate, bad point for this great franchisee!!

For a free cup of hot water. One star is generous.

I just don’t understand why people work jobs they are so miserable doing. The attitude of the workers is disgraceful and many wonder why technology and robots are being brought into existence because most people would rather deal with a robot then get attitude from someone in their 20s while ordering a coffee!!!! Aside from the attitude the matcha tasted disgusting they didn’t even mix it I had powder floating and separating -awful !
Save your self and go to the sunset Starbucks or the one on Wilshire and Carson !
