The overall feeling I get in this place is “employees who hate where they work”, which tends to translate into rudeness and orders that always inexplicably take twice as long as any other Starbucks location. Add to it the awkward and inconvenient location, I’m surprised this wasn’t one of the locations they closed.

Worst Starbucks in a while I’ve been to, no greeting coming in, Partner named T was very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I come in and he just stares at me for a few seconds, I order an iced coffee and immediately he tells me the total before I can add any milk. As a partner myself I won’t be coming back to this store :(!

I appreciate the staff because I ordered my coffee to the wrong store today (smb & Robertson) and they made it for me at this store so I didn’t have to drive 5 miles to pick it up. I do go to this Starbucks often and it is conveniently located. Thank you!

I go to Starbucks a lot and the baristas here are always rude.Also there is a lot of homeless in the area.Once I was inside with 2 of my friends and a unhoused person was staring at us from the window and another unhoused person was sitting at the entrance.We asked the barista who was talking with her coworkers while she was taking our order if there was a different exit.She ignored us and asked us if that was it for the order. We ran out with our drinks in hand with a lady with a younger daughter and to our surprise they when to the opposite direction that me and my friends needed to go so we just ran across the street with our drinks under 5 seconds and went back to campus.If you go here make sure to take at least 2 friends with you.Also there is a different Starbucks near this location and it has kind baristas a bathroom open to public if you ask nicely and it’s location is Broxton and weyburg in Westwood(thanks for reading this if you read it.I know that it’s quite long)😁☕️
What a friendly staff here. Especially the guu working there, not sure if he is the manager, but I had some sort of an issue, and he was very kind to help me out. That's very rare these days, made me want to come back to this branch just as an appreciation. I wish all starbucks employees are that nice. Thank you brother, made my day

This is a takeout only Starbucks. I entered the store not knowing that, but the clerk politely informed me that if I wanted to eat in, there was another store nearby that I could do it there. There were a lot of original goods such as mugs in the store, and I regret buying some as souvenirs.

Service is extremely slow here even with 4 baristas. This is my 5 time at this location and I think it’s about time I write this review. Most of the baristas are condescending if you’re black regardless of how polite you are to them or how you dress. They are sloppy with drinks and catch an attitude if you ask them to remake it and they will repeat the same mistake intentionally. This needs to be addressed. I pay the same tuition as any other race on this campus.
