It is no longer the usual Starbucks, everything is expensive and if you order a coffee, there is no sugar or milk anymore, they took everything away, you have to drink bitter coffee.

They are always so nice here. No tude. And if I ask for a double cup they always oblige. My drinks can be a little "special" sometimes and they never mind. Very nice service a nice way to start the day.

Well, I'm a customer but I consume and the bathroom is closed today. It makes us sad to go somewhere else to use the bathroom when we are consuming and many months we make appointments to use the bathroom. I close it.

This Starbucks is probably one of the worst in the city. They never have your drinks ready when you order ahead and they never have the food item you order. “Would you like something else?” No!! Obviously I ordered what I ordered because I didn’t want the other items, maybe update your info on-line if you’re out of an item. The whole point of ordering ahead is to save time and be proactive. It seems like this store has no idea what either of those things mean.
