It is a corner cafe, at the busy Barrington court. The cafe is old and not kept clean. We had a miscommunication with the lady barista, and didn't expect that she wanted to charge extra for the cream. The drinks were already made, instead of making a compromise, she just immediately dumped the drinks away. What a waste for Starbucks and also turned customers away.Parking: Meter parking, usually full.

I ordered online and I was notified that my order was ready yet I had to wait 10 minutes to receive my order and I had to tell them to hand it to me because I looked and it was just sitting in the back... not on the table where I could get it. Then I was told to wait I don't have all day I gotta get back to work! That's why I order online. And this isn't the first time it happened. And I've had my orders stolen on a couple occasions. Get it together STARBUCKS

El Starbucks del moll. De. Culver city. Los hombres que trabajan ai. Nos negaron un vaso de agua ami y mi hija ?….The staff that was at Starbucks at that time had already closed a few minutes ago but I asked them for a glass of water please that my daughter needed and they didn't deny it. It was very rude. I think not. It's good to have this kind of people working there.

Personal experience here was terrible. Baristas lack professionalism, don't even greet. It's Starbucks can't expect better service.

Here from out of town and the staff at this location are wonderful. They made an error on a drink making it hot instead of iced and another one iced instead of hot. They were wonderful when I mentioned the mistake and they handled it beautifully we even had a laugh about it. If I lived here it would definitely be my go to spot because of how wonderful the barristas are!

Cup of Joe cost me $63 because of parking enforcement. There is a ninja parking enforcer that hides behind trees and as soon as the meters turn red pounces. I was working on my laptop having a cup of joe, and my phone alarm went off, which indicated to pay my meter. I looked out the window no parking enforcer so I went ahead and worked just two or three mins more to get to a stopping point. The I go outside put more money in the meter. Granted my car is 10feet away from the Starbucks window. I continue to work on my laptop for another half hour. Get in my car and leave only to notice a fat $63 parking ticket. What the fuk. This place is a disaster for parking. And all you fools that say well it's my fault for letting the meter expire 2 mins you can suck it. And f you to the ninja parking enforcer. Karma is gonna get you soon. I'm boycotting this whole shopping center because of the parking fiasco. What a sht hole.

This really has got to be the worst Starbucks. How can you get my order wrong every single time when I’ve ordered online and it is literally printed on a sticker on the cup?! It’s not like you misheard or misunderstood, clearly the customer service is lacking big time with their inability to read a label specifying order requirements.

Service is very good here and I like that they open so early at 4:30 am! They keep it clean and the last time they got my order wrong, they replaced it right away .

They served me a cup full of ice instead of a macadamia cream cold brew. The foam was almost missing and you literally feeling only the ice squeezing the cup. Next time I’ll ask specially for just ice if I want ice.I mentioned to them and the lady said; I’ll be right back and than ignored me totally.… luckily I am not coming to this location very often.
