I come in here before work everyday & I gotta say Marc has the best customer service ever, always has a positive attitude, always in a great mood. He’s always polite. I love his work ethic šŸ‘ŒšŸ»

I am done every time I come to the Starbucks and all I order is ice Americano. It takes five minutes to get it. There’s seven staff members and all they can do is chat to each other and not blend drinks. They’re just chatting is like social hour. this is Starbucks get your customer in and get them out. It is insane Dunn

I don’t like Starbucks but when I go to Starbucks they messed up my order all the time. It’s why I hate Starbucks more than even things at all right now because it’s are so rude to me. and I use to go there with my family a lot of times. Because they were so good but now they are so rude to me this why I stop going to Starbucks.

A rude employee male with glasses apparently Mexican descent discriminating against me because apparently I'm not exactly with that kind of descent he made it very difficult for me to get a refill of my coffee despite the fact I was absolutely friendly and thankful for starters usually I'm extremely happy when I come to this coffee shop no matter if I come after blueberry picking or a night shift from my medical job he didn't even care that I told him I'm partially disabled which actually makes it difficult to carry stuff and I had difficulty when I was wondering my first coffee cup because I had to hold the phone so I carry a lot of yoga blocks with me to help me with movement but I still work I'm not on disability and it's very sad that a working-class person will discriminate another working class person based on race and he would talk down to me and the way he greeted Me was by the words what's up or maybe he judged me on my outfit I don't know but greeting a customer with the words what's up looking at me like he's not at the job but a random stranger and then being extremely rude and taking more than 5 minutes to actually agree to give me a refill there is nowhere a policy for me to be bringing the cup back he could have just showed me the receipt because I don't mind if they use my cup to save on cups but they don't do that so pretty much he was trying to make me work in the coffee shop and definitely made my visit unpleasant because I shouldn't have been engaged in a 5-minute conversation with some random dude who doesn't even know what professionalism is apparently on occasion with a woman that he decides to pick on

The music here is extremely loud, the loudest I’ve been to of any of Starbucks. I get they want to play their music but it’s loud nonstop. This isn’t the place to get work done, get your drink and go.

The worst Starbucks in California. The wait is long, the hot is cold, and the hot is cold. Terrible service! I encourage you to find another Starbucks nearby! And Manager He was Racist!

I frequent this Starbucks almost every morning and mostly have the best experience. I’d like to commend David, Jackie, Avery and a cashier whose name is escaping me…Ellen? They are wonderful and always greet me by name and know my drink by heart. I come back for them.

The only time I hesitate and contemplate passing on getting my Starbucks for the day is when Mama D is working the register. I don’t want her to get in trouble but she’s not friendly and always corrects me when I’m ordering my drink, saying that a sugar free vanilla latte is already always made with nonfat milk when I ask for it to be nonfat and so she doesn’t put it on the ticket. This morning that happened and I asked the barista if it had nonfat milk and he said no, and I asked him to remake it, and said that I’d asked Mama D for nonfat and she deliberately didn’t put it on the ticket. Also, when I asked for cinnamon to be added she said, under her breath, ā€œTHAT’S what I need.ā€ As if she didn’t need to hear about the nonfat milk part.

Anyways, I didn’t let this affect the score because I generally have a perfect experience and as a person who also works in customer service I understand that the industry is tough and people can be unforgiving, but this doesn’t excuse Mama D’s almost constant disagreeable demeanor. Sadly, I will avoid days when she’s at the register.

Please praise the others mentioned for their fantastic service.

the most frendliest, welcoming Starbucks I've ever been too. Employees make my day every time I go there - so positive and sincerely warm. And they make delicious coffee!!!

thank you! :)

This Starbucks has the kindest employees in the world. They make our day! Special shoutout to the manager and Mama D. They make it a real neighborhood place and work so hard. Always a treat to see them.

FOR Enjoying

All the electric outlets are covered and now inaccessible-every single one of them!! l asked the staff if there was an available outlet to plug in (or if I can use one of the outlets inside) to charge my phone for a few minutes and I was told that they were all sealed up during the remodel!!! Not very customer friendly. They told me to go at Whole Foods to charge my phonešŸ˜‚

ALL the electric outlets are covered over with plates and now inaccessible—every single one of them!! Thinking I needed to bring a screw driver to remove one…
I asked the staff if there was an available outlet to plug in for a few minutes and I was told that they were all sealed up during the remodel!!! Not very customer friendly.

I stop into various Starbucks on a regular basis to grab a bite and a coffee and often want to plug in my computer to get work done. I guess I will have to scratch this location off my list!

I called Starbucks Corporate to find out if the removal of electric outlets was a company policy and they informed me that it is a decision made by the STORE MANAGEMENT!
