This Starbucks has the kindest employees in the world. They make our day! Special shoutout to the manager and Mama D. They make it a real neighborhood place and work so hard. Always a treat to see them.

FOR Enjoying

All the electric outlets are covered and now inaccessible-every single one of them!! l asked the staff if there was an available outlet to plug in (or if I can use one of the outlets inside) to charge my phone for a few minutes and I was told that they were all sealed up during the remodel!!! Not very customer friendly. They told me to go at Whole Foods to charge my phone😂

ALL the electric outlets are covered over with plates and now inaccessible—every single one of them!! Thinking I needed to bring a screw driver to remove one…
I asked the staff if there was an available outlet to plug in for a few minutes and I was told that they were all sealed up during the remodel!!! Not very customer friendly.

I stop into various Starbucks on a regular basis to grab a bite and a coffee and often want to plug in my computer to get work done. I guess I will have to scratch this location off my list!

I called Starbucks Corporate to find out if the removal of electric outlets was a company policy and they informed me that it is a decision made by the STORE MANAGEMENT!

Friendly staff. They make a really good ice tea here. In my opining it's better than most Starbucks.

The music has got to go. There is a speaker right above the cashier which interferes with your order. Thump, thump, thump, (unintelligible lyrics) thump, thump .... it's 7:00 AM.

Late service due to being over crowded. Based on a great location, I love the outdoor sitting.

This store always has something going on. Manager needs to step up his game , workplace environment is not as productive or welcoming , why? Cuz the employee in the front cashier, the older lady, was impatient. And that can only come from an unfair, toxic workplace that is affecting service.Gives me more a reason to not go.

The older lady who works here is absolutely rude, as others have also mentioned. I frequent this location as both a customer and delivery driver and she always has a bad attitude. When I come to pick up deliveries I treat them with respect and am always patient, not shoving the phone in their face or yelling at them. I've noticed I keep getting thumb down ratings from a merchant and I have a feeling it's this grumpy lady just giving out thumbs downs to drivers because she's bitter. I'm required to stay above 95% rating for Uber to continue paying my tuition to college and her doing that effects me ALOT.

Parking: good luck finding parking. there is a small always-free parking lot on the back side of Starbucks, but on the other side of the street, it's almost all the time full.
