overall nice employees, sam specifically has always been super nice every time i've seen them. the only issue is that i don't like to order refreshers from this location because the strawberries and dragon fruit inclusions always don't taste fresh

Starbucks managers on crack or intentionally wanting customers to leave bye playing the music to fkn load. It redicilous. This only happens when the big Mexican with ride mouth is on shift. Get rid of both.

What can I say? Starbucks or Starbucks! This one was average. Summer better than others and this one was okay. I kind of lost my luster for Starbucks once I found out that their bakery goods are frozen now and thought out and sold to be fresh. I try to get my coffee and coffee drinks that will go coffee shops.

I come to this location every morning for a week. its a nice quiet place with lots of seating to get caught up on work. The staff here is pleasant and the coffee is good. I found the place up the road has a coffee that tastes burnt. This place is good. free wifi and no one bothers you while you sit and get some work done. They also have a nice fenced in area outside, if the weather is nice.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. After asking a question about the star points to redeem for a coffee, I was immediately given attitude from the cashier and an eye roll. She called over the other attendant since she could not properly explain the transaction that took place. Sydney definitely should not be working in customer service or proper training should be provided to ensure customer satisfaction after every purchase. Definitely started my morning off on the wrong foot.
