Dumped all coffee 25 mins before closing. Not even black coffee left…they even told me they just dumped it. What is happening to businesses?

I had a terrible experience at Starbucks today. I visited around 4 pm and ordered 5 caramel ribbon crunch and summer skies drinks. The woman at the counter told me she didn't have coffee and gave me 3 non-coffee drinks instead. When I asked for a larger straw, she yelled at me and refused to provide one. Despite ordering 6 drinks, she didn't give me a cup holder. When I mentioned that I would write a negative review, she was dismissive and told me to leave. I can't believe she told me "I DON'T CARE AND GO AWAY." It was a horrible experience - I couldn't believe that a Starbucks would be out of coffee and not have basic essentials like cup holders and straws. THE WORST BARISTA….. HORRIBLE

Every time I go to this specific store there’s something going on. Today, there was no barista, even thought the store had clearly been opened. I waited for over 5 minutes. Some other days, this or that was broken. Or they didn’t have something basic. Anyways, it’s on my way to work, so I’ll keep trying, but there’s no guarantee you’ll get what you came in for.
