If I can give this starbucks 0 or -0 I would. 9/16/25 Its horrible that we placed an order 5:53 am and it said it'll be ready in 4 min.We get there 6:04 and the doors are still locked and on the map it said they open at 5 am. Literally there's so many customers coming and going all pissed off. 😤. 6:13 still nothing. 6:14 finally they showed up all three of them just giggling and then they disappeared and doors still locked. Don't really know what they're doing in there because no coffee is being made or anything. Still waiting here outside without a clue at 6:18. Don't see them doing anything, we just dont see anyone at all after they came in. 6:20 finally they finally started working. Now there's 7 people waiting again just wondering what's going on at 6;22. 6:25 she looks at all of us and rolled her eyes like she was so annoyed and comes out finally say something. Oh that we have to wait 30 min more or get a refund from the app. Great job.

I am always in awe of the employees here because they are consistently nice, professional and they stay busy! They are ALL great. Karina, Mary, Christine, Ignacio, Will, Christy Charlie... forgive me for not knowing all names. But these folk - I never see them idling and they are consistently welcoming and helpful. They ensure the space stays clean and orderly.

I visit this location often and every time the service is always great. I went in this past Sunday before work. I was helped by Izzy and she's helped me several times before and has always been such a great cashier. Always super friendly and suggests options for me. Love this location!

The only place that denies customer restroom access. Instead customers are passed along the next business over. Only two employees and trash bins are filled to the brim. The music was turned off immediately after we ordered. The female employee was rude & upset when I asked if she knew about the spill at the pick up counter. I thought this was the minus Starbucks of all time, besides the other sad Starbucks on 6th / Spring Street

Iced Nondairy Salted Caramel Cookie Matcha, You can certainly see that has no matcha, everything was almost oat milk. We asked for Light cream, and they put lots of syrup pumps on it. Waste of money.

Apartment was in the process of getting internet hooked up and was in need of an spot at 7 am to do some work remote.. outlets are all blocked off so my laptop couldn't even charged and left with my order, which was a waste. I don't even drink coffee, was just in need of a place to work.
I like it because it is near a quiet area to enjoy a coffee or chat
