This Starbucks in a Target ? in Westwood has always had exceptional customer service ??! I stopped by today specially for “Red Cup Day ❤️☕️ ” since they were giving out free holiday red plastic cups ??✨??today until supplies last ☺️!The baristas here are always super helpful and friendly and I always feel like they brighten my day ? when I order my drink ☕️ ?!On Thursday (11/16/23), other than getting my free plastic red cup for “Starbucks Red Cup ❤️ ☕️,” I decided to order the Crème Brûlée latte ☕️ since Starbucks is offering their seasonal drinks ?? ✨? ?at this time of year ??!

I ordered food and asked for a sriracha packet. A young woman rolled her eyes at me and told me “in a minute.” Another associate asked me if I needed anything and I said “just a sriracha packet but I think she’s getting it for me.” She then handed it to me angrily and snapped, “I told you it would be a minute.” Not really sure what warranted her rudeness, but I also work in customer service and have worked at Starbucks before and would never speak to a customer like that, especially for such a simple request. Hardly deserving for that kind of response.

Excellent service. Amazing Baristas and cashiers. Johanna Sam and Alicia are friendly warm respectful and professional servers. They made my drinks and each time it was to my satisfaction. My croissant was warm \u0026 soft and not burned and hard. They smile as they serve which means a lot and makes customers especially myself who is an elder feel comfortable in ordering and they were very patient with me. They area is always neat and clean. Starbucks is lucky to have the three of you. Keep up the great work with those beautiful smiles and friendly greeting. All Starbucks need friendly customer service that the three of you give. The place was real slow. I was only second in line and I waited over 20 minutes to get an iced drink. But the lady was nice

Convenient location inside Ralph’s in Westwood Village just outside of UCLA. Part of Ralph’s dining area, so plenty of seating as well. Service is a different experience, though. Staff (particular the older gentleman behind the coffee maker) could certainly use some basic customer service training. Shouldn’t be giving handicapped customers attitude when such customers ask for a bit more assistance than usual. Or when a customer asks for iced water.
