Rude AF. I went in yesterday Friday in the morning and the two girls on staff were having a conversation while they made the customers wait in line. Then when I ordered my coffee the cashier had a bad attitude the entire time and did not even ask for the name on the order.

Siempre tengo una excelente experiencia en Starbucks. El servicio aquí es siempre genial. Los baristas son muy amables y serviciales. La única preocupación es que la ubicación en Target es un poco peligrosa, pero en general, el personal es fantástico.

Almost everybody here is kind and does a great job, but this review is about one in particular. Idk her name but she has Indian looking features… it’s obvious she HATES her job and hates being there. She never smiles. She’s incredibly rude and dismissive. I’ve been going to this Starbucks consistently for over a year and I’ve been going to Starbucks all over the world for at least 15. This girl is memorably the rudest of all of them. She couldn’t even accept responsibility when I was telling her manager how consistently rude she is. She put more effort into being defensive and arguing with me about how she’s not rude than just being a good employee. Baby girl, we can can tell whether you’re smiling or not regardless of you wearing a mask. She’s “served” me MANY times and she’s never been nice. Not once. I’ve missed out on hundreds of points because she rushes with the transaction before I can ask to scan. At this point she should know….. it’s been that many times. PLEASE hire people that at least have a decent attitude and have SOLUTION mindsets. My order was literally a light ice cold brew and she was arguing with me about what light ice meant when she gave me was a venti full of ice …..

I regularly go into this Starbucks which is located inside a Target Store. There was only one Barista, Liza, who was working there this morning. She was covering all the stations. Taking orders, working the Register, making the drinks, warming up the bakery items. She was quick, efficient, and kind the entire time! She displayed wonderful, Customer Service! Well done Liza!

It was RIDICULOUSLY expensive!!! It was almost double the regular price. We just walked back out, went to IHOP and saved money!

Good service last time I was here. Just FYI, their hours are different than what's on Google. In my experience the place shut down at 430, so go early.

I’ll give it a 4 star for the gentleman with glasses who help us when we visit today. Really nice & definitely come back. The girl working there was just on her phone and just standing there just really unprofessional.

False advertisement!! Advertising $2 off a $10 purchase advertising their new drink. No where on the picture does it say that new drinks do not apply. I ordered two new refresher drinks and one traditional drink. The cashier goes to ask management about the discount and they say it only applies to old drinks not new ones. Anyway not going to argue with employee is not her fault. But is BS
