This Starbucks is in the basement of a mall. Very small and indoors. Useful if you are in front of it or in the building already.

Just another starbucks, could walk 5minutes to another.

Seems like the workers are more concerned with having fun than anything else. Asked for a coffee with 2% milk. Usually coffee is given right away, this time i was on standby for about 5 minutes, they eventually bring my coffee up, its all black. I let the older barista know about the order, she hastily puts an ounce of 2 % milk , enough that it barely changes the color of the coffee, and gives it back to me. thanks for nothing and the crappy $4 coffee

When most places can't get my drink right, this place improved it. Thanks Starbucks team!

Just found out a few days ago that this place supports and possibly sponsors a YouTuber by the name of Trisha paytas. She claims on all her social media that she does work for one of the Starbucks in LA. I doubt she does but She’s not the type of person that should work in this type of establishment with her type of behavior.

I'm not an active reviewer on Yelp or any other application as I'm not a complainer. So, for me to post something, my experience had to be either really good or really poor. In this case, it was really poor. I used the Starbucks app on my phone to place an order at the City Plaza location, which is in the building I work. So...it's very convenient. Once the order was placed, the message on the confirmation page stated it would be ready in about 9 minutes...which put it right around 7:00. I arrived at that time, and to my surprise, the location was closed. I walked up to the window and noticed the store didn't open until 7:30. Well, I decided to wait. Two women walked up to the door around 7:10, and as they saw me (and one other customer who had the same experience as I did), they said something like "oh, someone from corporate turned on the mobile app for this store huh?" I responded, I guess so. There was no apology or any other acknowledgment of any kind. So, the other customer and I are waiting outside while these two women enter the store. 10 minutes go by, and finally, the other customer asks them to cancel her order. I waited an additional 5 minutes and then knocked on the door to ask them about when my order would be ready. The younger of the two women opened the door and in a rude voice, pointed to the door and said, "we don't open until 7:30". Ok, so your company made the mistake, allowing me to place an order to a closed store, and you don't apologize or do anything to communicate what you're doing inside...and/or when my order is going to be ready??? That's an extremely disappointing and frustrating response. I will not be visiting that store any longer. The location across the street in the CitiBank tower was much better with their service. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 was because when my order was ready, the guy who brought me my food was very nice and apologized for what happened. Glad at least one of their employees understands the value of customer service.

I am vowing this year to not get coffee from this place even if I work upstairs. I give places three strikes and this place had more than that so I am giving this place a bad review. Some workers there are really good some are really bad therefore the three stars. The other day I bought a full size holiday coffee bean bag and got charged full price when the next day it was buy one get one free! The girl charging asked someone else a question about it and I think she knew it was going on sale but didn't care to mention to me. Not very nice, poor customer service. I've had to wait so long for my party orders because they accommodate all the mobile orders first. So, I'm settling for my workplace's Starbucks Keurig coffee instead of wasting my money and avoid stress in the morning going to this place.

This Staff is lightning fast -- well, they have to be because the morning lineup is intense and long for such a small location in a food court! I've never had a problem here having come diligently for the last 5 years. Except with one morning rush, my order is always either waiting for me with mobile pickup or in a short amount of time if I order at the counter and is ALWAYS RIGHT. It's below street level so not obvious if you're familiar with the area. Just look for the City National escalators on Flower and 6th street, and it's the first counter when you arrive to B-level. Yum!

This is a great little Starbucks. Small but cute with a good vibe. It's located directly next to the escalator of 505 Flower. I workout at the gym here several times month so I always grab a coffee on my way in. The staff are always friendly and the clientele at this location (Because of the office bldg upstairs) are higher end. Although it's small and basically a stop and go place they have a few tables in lobby area for seating. Nice
