Centrally located near metro stop and a shopping center.
Strangely this is one of the very few Starbucks in the downtown area that is open past 5pm on the weekend. You will find a crowd of visiting during these times on the weekend.
Food and coffee is made to Starbuck standards. Friendly and kind service by staff members.
What sets this location apart from other Starbucks is the layout of its shop. It is rather narrow indoors. There is few seating areas indoors. If you manage to find a seat indoors it feels rather cramped. I took my coffee and sat in the rather small outside in the patio.
Wheelchair accessibility: Super narrow and tight spaces. Accessible if few people are present .

Nice Starbucks with friendly people. Food is good. The 2 stars for atmosphere is due to the way too loud music. Almost had to yell to order.

Been coming to this location for years. They hired a new group of recruits and they are terrible. The coffee is never made properly and it’s super inconsistent. I ordered a cold brew and I’m pretty sure it was iced coffee. I payed almost $9 for my coffee and I got swamp water. Please bring back the old team!!!

The sunniest day in DTLA even more joyful with the barista's top 3 for me on a late November felt best, as it should.
Customer service down to earth and with the idea, europe in the U.S. enjoys a terrace coffee break on 7th street, L.A.

The Mrs. Michelle was very rude, because she didn't want to give me my refill, but what about the homeless? It's a shame about the staff or maybe because I'm Hispanic, the woman, even though she had a Hispanic face, was racist.
Constructive feedback: make the milk for the lattes/macchiatos less hot. Making it so hot takes away the delicious taste of milk and messes up the texture? good luck!

Coffee, black. I'll give them this, this is my first time here third(3rd) cup of coffee today. Black with no creamer or sugar. The coffee is burned. I'm sure this was not the roast but brew.

One of the best Starbucks I've ever visited. Friendly, efficient and proactive. Asked if I wanted food before I got to register so it was ready by the time I paid. Didn't have dark roast brewed and instead of giving me a pike place, they gave me reimbursement for the coffee and I got a fresh brew.

Usually they make my drinks correctly but it's really hit or miss. Mobile ordering is usually more accurate. I ordered a London Fog which is an Earl Grey Latte with vanilla. This drink had no vanilla. My friend ordered a hot tea with no water; only steamed lemonade and it was watery. I guess it depends on who is working there at the time. The one on 6th and Grand is better.
