I drank some Lavender Latte with Oat milk at Starbucks Target in Culver City. Wonderful! The girl made it up for me right there. Went to another Starbuckies for the same only this time I was prepared! I ordered the large one walked out and than drove away. Took a sip and almost gagged! I don't know. That little Culver City Gal sure beat out this other guy because she had the right amount of pumps and milk ratio down! Started to toss the whole drink out than I saw a fellow in need. I told him I just bought it. Did he want it? He slurped it down like it was Mother's Milk! Oh well......another happy S.B. customer!

I have to say it's been a a few weeks since my experience in this a Starbucks but i was blown away by who i think was the manager Lisette. She was greeting everyone that came in while helping employees and helping customers. She set expectations when she felt like there was a delay on a couple of the items in our order, she let us know it was coming which made me not really bothered by any delay. The whole vibe, the cleanliness, the peace in this Starbucks was seriously better than any of the ones I've ever been in L.A. They're normally chaos! Great service great, management!

They need a video camera for back or be more aware of customers waiting inside. I stood front for good 5 mins I had to grab their attention. I hear them talking, and when you have 4 employees, it's a little bad. The employee did apologize but awareness is key or put sensor so they know they got customer at cashie.

I was craving a cookie like you wouldn’t believe. I just had an 18 hour shift at work and although I was caffeined out by the time I was driving home I needed something to keep me going. I went inside and ordered a chocolate chip cookie warmed up. The barista Aili handed it to me and gave me a knowing smile, which I appreciated. The cookie made my day 10% better.

*ADD AFTER owner's comments* I live in Bakersfield and was there for appointments at the VA Hospital. I used your store because it had a drive-thru but my friend went inside of the store because of the number of cars in your drive-thru. Y'all need to pay attention to what you're doing. There are plenty of Starbucks in West LA to purchase coffee from.
The staff at this store is always so nice even though they’re slammed 24/7. Today the girl on register made my morning go from chaotic to me smiling by the end. Just think it should be called out when experienced.

Whop Brizzle
Most, if not all of the Starbucks that I've visited, are nice. And I've been addicted for quite a few years. But I liked this one because it was very roomy. There were seats and tables available, and it was a nice atmosphere. ??

Very large dining room, and lots of seating but per: the barista there is not one single outlet in the dining room. Showed up with my laptop on 48% charge intending on getting some work done and really wish I’d noticed there were no outlets before I bought my coffee as I would have gone somewhere else. Starbucks seems to be systematically removing outlets from their stores… time to take all your co-working business somewhere else!
