Refused to sell me a hot water with my $20+ order and was rude about it. He reasoning was “you could throw the hot water on me”. I guess that’s not possible with a coffee or tea. I’ll take my business to another Starbucks moving forward.

I was in 30 minutes ago . Barista said they are closing 8:30. App says 9pm. Maybe guys want to go home early. Also how is possible at 7:15 pm bathroom is closed. Maybe closed all day so they don’t have to clean it. This is why Starbucks stores are closing. Hired people don’t want to work. I was going to buy expensive coffee but changed my mind about it and left. Barista is trying to be convincing about bathroom being closed down. I don’t buy that bs. Hope that store would close down soon. No place to sit down either. Those guys have policies that how little they can work, Starbucks can’t pay them so little.

The blond lady with the tacky lashes always give a attitude the other workers are nice but she gotta go work somewhere she can jus give attitudes at because she just ruin the whole vibe in this location . Then she doesn’t even make my drinks right ever she never reads the add ons or anything she’s careless and sloppy at her job and the worst part of it all is that I get charged for the extra stuff just to get it ignored by the worst barista ever. the girl with the black hair light skin and tats is nice and does my order good all the time

the beverages were good as always but the blonde lady who was cashier oct 1st at 4:00 pm was very rude. I was very respectful ordering, i said hi good afternoon and she said with a tone “what’s your order”, i didn’t change my tone and said my order while she was looking me up and down then proceeded to STARE at my face with a gesture of disgust, I felt very uncomfortable. I could understand if she was in a rush or something but i was the only person in line and the other brunnete girl was making the beverages. She took my order and literally throw the bread i ordered in the counter. I didn’t say anything but it was really rude from her. Then other group of people entered the store and she treated them completely different. I’m not even a regular client in that specific store to say that she doesn’t like me because of something i did to her, i don’t even know her. I felt it as a race related situation. She was blonde and i am native indigenous, it was very awkward and disrespectful from her.
I used to really like Starbucks cause I could chill, charge my phone, and just relax. Now, you can't charge anything as the plugs are covered up, and you can't even get a cup of ice water anymore unless you buy something. I even brought my own Starbucks cup, and asked for just a half a cup of ice and they said no. Also, no restroom unless you buy something. There just isn't a decent place around anymore where the workers don't treat you like a piece of garbage just because you don't happen to have 8 bucks for a coffee when you just wanted water. SMH

I witnessed how rude was the young man who was at the register with another customer and also he never took my order correctly and tried to blame me for his mistake, he never took responsibility for his lack of professionalism, another employee, a young lady, helped me and got my order right. This very unfortunate situation took place today 07/26/2025. Between 6:00 pm - 6:15 pm.

This workers are so so so slow they ask there other hand for help .. is been more then 30 min waiting on my drinking there 2 workers doing everything n the other 3 are just there doing nothing … this place need team work to get all the drinking faster even the line is long
