I used to really like Starbucks cause I could chill, charge my phone, and just relax. Now, you can't charge anything as the plugs are covered up, and you can't even get a cup of ice water anymore unless you buy something. I even brought my own Starbucks cup, and asked for just a half a cup of ice and they said no. Also, no restroom unless you buy something. There just isn't a decent place around anymore where the workers don't treat you like a piece of garbage just because you don't happen to have 8 bucks for a coffee when you just wanted water. SMH

I witnessed how rude was the young man who was at the register with another customer and also he never took my order correctly and tried to blame me for his mistake, he never took responsibility for his lack of professionalism, another employee, a young lady, helped me and got my order right. This very unfortunate situation took place today 07/26/2025. Between 6:00 pm - 6:15 pm.

This workers are so so so slow they ask there other hand for help .. is been more then 30 min waiting on my drinking there 2 workers doing everything n the other 3 are just there doing nothing … this place need team work to get all the drinking faster even the line is long

I went to Starbucks on 6th and Grand.My friend and I had our coffees both as just simple medium roast but they put them both into ceramic mugs which in my opinion made a simple cup of coffee a lot more nice.We were told that that way,we could have refills.Small round tables inside the store and nice old fashioned music from the twenties made getting two simple cups of coffee a more enjoyable experience.Later in the afternoon,we both returned to that same Starbucks for more coffee and an enjoyable atmosphere with which to enjoy them.I look forward to going to this Starbucks because in my opinion,it is a nice place to go to gather and meet up with someone to have a cup of coffee or some coffee cakes.

Ordered my original drink . Carmel crunch frap with two affogato shots . I sat and waited only customer there. My name was never called,so my drink sat there and melted. I have never not had my named called for my drink. Bad customer service . This is what my drink looked like before one sip

Nice inside, well lit and open early. A quick walk from the blue line on Fig and Pico. However the homeless have gotten worse in the area so not a great experience once you leave
