The old lady at the register is the worst! Literally interrupted me 30 times as I’m reading the order off my phone. Kept asking me “what are you looking at?” I’m looking at my phone to order coffee for my family on Christmas lady!!!! Still didn’t get my order right. Then the girl making the drinks had an attitude bc I said the order was wrong. They gave me a hot drink when I ordered an iced coffee. They did not make my drink correctly even after that and with an attitude just said “we don’t have all the ingredients “. So when the old lady interrupted me a 100 times could not tell me they didn’t have the right ingredients to make the drink I ordered properly. This is the ghetto version of Starbucks. Don’t go there!!!!!!!

Dont come to this place. Very bad customer service. Especially the old lady. I placed mobile order, then came to pick up. She let me wait like 15mins then told me their machine broken. Asked me to go to the cashier shot in Ralp (another very rude girl as well) to get your money back. She didnt care about what happened. Worst place of Starbuck ever. I were rush to get back to work too. Thats why i did mobile oreder.

Been here for 15 minutes and haven’t even ordered yet. Only 3 people in line. Don’t understand why we can’t get an order taken. Guy is doing something behind bar like making drinks, but nothing ever materialized…. What is happening? Am I in an alternate universe where lots happens and nothing changes?

You know how thy say insanity is doing the same thing over and over thinking things will change? Well, after today, I'm claiming my sanity. I've had it giving this store business and once I drive off, and if I don't check my order immediately, too bad. Today I came for a coffee, oatmeal and bagel, paid for it and drove off since I was on my way to work. Once I got there 30 minutes later, I discovered no bagel or cream cheese. I do not think that I must check my bag for my items one I've paid for them. Rather, the cashier should make sure I have what I paid for. I've only gone through that at this store. Never have that issue at any store west of LaCienega. I've learned my lesson though.

There’s only one person here and really not that many people in line. In fact, there were only two people ahead of me and I’m still in line. Been here for 20 minutes now.

Worst experience I’ve ever had here. There was only one person here and when I asked him if he can help me out he said he was on break but he had been on break for a while. I decided to wait and when he came back he said he couldn’t help me out. Definitely not coming back.

I love this Starbucks, but the barista "Adriana" made my experience much more pleasant. First off, she assisted me with the Starbucks app. Then she recommended I try my drink a different way, which I did, it came out delicious. She has such a kind spirit. God bless her.
