I came today August 18th around 4:00 pm ,the guy that was taking orders told me no matcha powder today .I come today the August 18th around 8:00 p.m. that's a real inconsistency don't you think, that was not okay.

Waited OVER 20 mins thru drive thru just for one horchata espresso drink venti with no ice lady at the window gave me my order wrong had me waiting and gave me a tasteless venti “horchata espresso” didn’t taste like horchata at all. When I got my drink I swear I looked at the lady like is this it ?! She gave my drink tasteless and I swear my drink was half filled just because I told her I wanted the ice separate and she said they couldn’t fill up all my venti cup because the rest had to be ice I looked at her confused because I’ve never experienced this at any other Starbucks . I asked her if she could of at least fill it up with more coconut milk because it didn’t taste like nothing but watered out mind you they did end up putting ice on my drink free I said no ice ! I said no ice she told me if I wanted I could talk to someone else I said yes another lady said all she could do is add more milk I swear I was never being rude to them I just took my drink and I asked for my receipt to make the review and they didn’t want to give it to me I remember there faces but I didn’t get there names.

Jamie was was very rude the manager of this location Terrible customer service the manager refused to let my son cash out his last two dollars of his gift card which, by the way, is a law in the state of California?If your gift card is under ten dollars the business cannot refuse to cash your gift card policy does not trump the law and I know it.
May seem like a nitpick, but too many companies break the law and get away with it because they're a business. But just like you and me aren't above the law.These businesses aren't either

My drink is great. However, I asked about a St.Patricks Day Drink-don't know, asked about last years-don't know, I read off the description of the Luck of the Matcha Cream Frapp-I don't know....asked if she wanted to try to make it-no response.... very sad that customer service at the Starbucks in this area is so bad. Also not related to this store but in general, why is there no recognition of the Irish..you had a valentine K-pop but nothing for St. Patrick's Day?

Today 1/25 @ 2:13pm there was a young lady in the drive thru window, I didn’t see her name, just saw she has many face piercings short dark hair, she definitely needs to improve her customer service skills.
Personally, I wouldn’t ask a customer to repeat what they said by saying “a what?”
