The had bad service in the drive thru the give us the WRONG change 2 TIMES we ordered 1 ONE SMALL drink the first time they gave us 5 as change for a 20 dollar bill the second time they gave 9 dollars we tried getting their attention but they but they didn't notice until 4 mins later DO BETTER

Made a Mobil order but forgot to add a pastry and wanted to add it at the store since I seen there was no line to order. But the staff there was more focus on making other orders than take my order or even acknowledge me. I had to ask if there was anyone taking orders and a staff answered they would be with me in a minute and still kept me waiting. I’m a barista myself and it Shouldn’t take someone to take an order after waiting five minutes. I was discourage to order anything else and just went to another Starbucks location. Third time coming to this location and still no change.

I ordered with time ahead just to get there to wait for another 15 min . The barista touch the lid with her hands ( where I put my mouth to sip ) when I ask her for another lid she just ignored me and turn around , worst thing is they were having interviews so im pretty sure a manager or supervisor was there . I always come to this starbucks but today was a really bad experience it was so bad I had to write a negative review.

Stopped here real quick to get a coffee and a Cheese Danish. The Barista's quickly acknowledged me and were extremely kind in making sure I got what I needed. The new renovations are amazing ❤️❤️, you can know physically see when you place your order to when they are preparing it to finally when it's done. Extremely happy with how this place turned out, will be visiting again soon??
