I visited LA for the Thanksgiving holiday and stopped by this Starbucks on my first day. Excellent service and drinks were tasty. People were lovely and courteous. Highly recommend! Kudos to you, team.

Since nearby stores have closed, this location has become overcrowded, and wait times have grown excessive. During my last visit, it took over 10 minutes just to receive my coffee and sandwich. The baristas apologized repeatedly to everyone in line, acknowledging how long the service was taking. While I appreciate their courtesy, this situation reflects poor management planning rather than individual employee fault.

This Starbucks has the friendliest servers. They always leave a good impression even when you're half asleep as you haven't had coffee yet. The bad is the limited indoor seating and shaded outdoor seating. There are also unhoused hanging around asking for money too. It's Starbucks coffee so the coffee is okay but not great.

Rating this location for its service â have ordered here about 10 times this year and interactions with staff have always been very positive, helpful, sweet and friendly. Also feels like the staff working the front makes a point to each acknowledge the customers. I also appreciate sometimes seeing them have team meetings out in the courtyard - nice to see them putting a lot of care into the Starbucks experience. Also the grilled cheese is surprisingly incredible.

WARNING- DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU NEED A DRINK CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR DIETARY PREFERENCES! I'm already not the biggest fan of Starbucks. Instead of being rude when I got a gift card for this place I accepted it, but the company is the worst when it come to inconsistency. Using this garbage gift card at 15 to 17 different locations. This is the only one that REFUSES TO SEPARATE a dairy product from a non dairy products. Yuck, and discussting to refuse someone's dietary requests. NO! Don't put dairy cold foam on my non dairy drink!
