If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is constantly getting my order wrong, and to me that’s not even the problem. Mistakes happen and I understand that, but today was the last straw. The barista with a ponytail and visor working window on 12/10 at 5pm gave me so much attitude when I asked for a remake of my drink. Then on top of that when she took my card for payment she decided to give herself a $5 dollar tip on the card reader. So if you want to risk your money getting stolen by thief’s be my guest and come to this location.

One of the busier Starbucks locations out there. I noticed it in the last couple of weeks when cycling through Cypress Park and Highland Park how long the drive thru line is and since I didn't want to wait and ride to DTLA for Starbucks I decided to give this location a shot.
The prep area and the baristas are chaotic as expected. My drink was okay but could have been better. The customer service is good but I do love the dining areas. There's plenty of space inside and outside. Due to this location always having a long drive thru line, expect your mobile order to take long. My Frappucino took between 10-15 minutes to make. ☕

Wish I could leave 0 stars. The employees working 11/24/24 around 2:20pm are very unorganized, rude and overall unprofessional. They started off rude at the drive thru speaker when I didn’t realize they need your first name not last name for a mobile order. Then we ask to add lemonade to one drink and they literally closed the window, started laughing and made us wait about 5 minutes just to hand me the same drink WITHOUT lemonade.

Dirty drive thru and terrible customer service They lured to me and said they were including lemonade in my refresher, I waited 10 min, and my drink still didnt have lemonade . I would 0/5 stars if I could Avoid this place. Manager and drive thru grunt (girl with black hair) were laughing as if they intentionally wasted my time
