This location drive thru is insane and not enough parking for customers due to employees use them for them selves. Handicap parking not respected at any Starbucks

They messed up my grande pike coffee at the drive through then they tried to reward with another one so they tell me to wait in the front and they give a “venti pike coffee” they never came

On two occasions this location has forgotten to add the flavored syrup to my drinks. Vanilla shaken espresso with no vanilla, just oat milk. Orders were completed promptly and food was warm at least.

I was just there order 3 drinks by the time I got to the window I gave the guy $100 and he said I am not allow to give you change for it. Don’t understand how a big company like Starbucks can’t break a bill. Not all people carry debit or credit cards.

I stopped going to this Starbucks for months because the service was terrible and my order never tasted the same. Today after months I stopped by to grab a medicine ball using the drive through. When I pulled off to take a sip I noticed a white creamy foam oozing from the lid so I pulled over opened it and there was a white cream like film covering my tea. I went back to tell them I’ve never seen foam or cream on the top of my medicine ball and the women proceeded to explain to me that it’s because they steam the lemon? I apologized although Confused and I asked can I just have it remade like how it usually comes but I guess the barista took it personal. I watched her make it she put no honey and reused the tea bags from the same tea. Totally not surprised. Bland and bitter and instead of going back to ask for a refund I disputed the charge with my bank.

This Starbucks has a drive-thru. I only went through the drive-thru but it was easy to hear and communicate with the person taking my order. The menu was clearly laid out and it didn't take long to get through the line. However I have attempted to go there in the past but the drive-thru line was very long and spilled out into the street so you couldn't even get in. The parking lot is pretty small and has 10 spots at most. It seems to be a pretty popular location so peak times are going to be a long wait and you may not even be able to get in.

ZERO plug outlets. If you want to grab a coffee and work on your computer, you'll need to find a different location.

This place is dirty. Employs tuis location need to be trained on customer service and cleaning. It's hard to find a clean table on Wednesday at 11 am. Bathrooms are simply disgusting.

I come here all the time and have never experienced this before. Went through the drive thru and the lady said there was no drink under my name and proceeded to say that if we "just" ordered it then it's not here. I had ordered it 7 minutes ago and when I pulled up to the front, my drink was magically ready but was made incorrect. My boyfriend didn't notice the drink was wrong at first and asked for a straw, the lady said "we don't have any bye" and slammed the window in his face. We waited at the drive through for a bit but she was too scared to come back since she knew she messed up, so we went inside to ask them to fix the drink and there was a bunch of straws. We asked the girl at the cashier for a straw and they fixed our drink but the girl at the drive through was hiding behind the counters. She probably had a bad morning but there was no need for her to be rude and to take it out on customers that were never rude to her to begin with.
