The worst drive through design

I really like this idea that Starbucks has now with the let's go back in time where Starbucks gets back to their customers!!!!!! 😭🤬 and get rid off all the unwanted customer from the l past and future!....ohhh🤔

I always remember when I get bad customer service .I would had thought you would have asked if I brought my cup you know play it off on the numbers hanging from the franchises necks but you are corporate the franchiser that's the disconnect you missed.......and your lack of forsight let alone customer dissatisfaction. Well I'm convinced. Thank you ☕

Poor service staff made my sandwich it sat for 10 minutes drink was not made sandwich was cold walked out without a drink after staff told me he was making my drink right away and instead proceeded to make two other drinks. Poor food and drinks service.

Wet fast, clean place; passing through the city ; we loved the efficiency and the fact that the place is clean; drive up very fast as well. Parking can be challenging if lots of cars in the drive up ; we had to park on the road.

I ordered a black blond roast coffee. Normally it is poured and given as soon as it’s paid, this is typical for most Starbucks. I obliged and gave my name since it didn’t look like it was going to be given to me right away. I sat down and waited patiently.

Another guy showed up ordered and got his drink before mine. I had gotten up and waited. I overheard one of the employees saying that getting up and waiting is not going to make the drink get done faster.

That’s when I spoke to everyone there so they can hear me and said that I was waiting for the blond roast and it shouldn’t take this long to get it. That is when one of the workers went up to the machine and said , “oh it looks like it’s ready now.” It’s been waiting on the machine to get picked up..

I grabbed the drink and started walking out and Todd black heavy set man laughed at me hysterically as if my complaint was funny. I asked Tod why he was laughing at me and he acted as if he couldn’t hear me. I said I will be reporting this and ended up getting Todd’s name to report this.

This happened around 7:20am . I was wearing a red shirt. The employees here seem to not care unless you’re tipped. I did not too because it’s a blond roast that is poured and handed to me not some specific drink. I found this highly unprofessional and I hope someone has a talk with the crew about handling something as simple as a black blond roast. It’s not too much to ask

I ordered a simple vanilla latte and when I got home (I live five minutes away) practically three inches was empty in the cup. This tells me that the barista isn’t steaming the milk correctly. As a barista myself, I would never serve this to a customer. Do better. This is a 7 dollar latte and it should not have this much room.

This Starbucks has a drive thru. It does get busy at times. The quality of the drinks is great. The customer service is awesome.

Parking: There's a few parking spots. Unfortunately, when the drive thru gets busy, it blocks the parked cars and is difficult to get out.

In the morning, in the queue, one woman made a scandal. She thought that I cut in line, but it was not true. She screamed at the whole street and asked the staff not to serve me. I do not speak English well, and could not fully explain. The staff told me that they would not serve me. Thank you Starbucks for your loyalty and adequacy.

Super long line at the drive thru with cars overflowing o to the street blocking traffic, while there's only 1 person in charge of ordering and making drinks. Seriously hire more staff!
