This doesn't even look like a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. This is the second time that I've received a drink made this poorly. Do better especially if we're paying over 6 dollars for a drink. This is why I normally go to Tierra Mia

I have found my new favorite Starbucks. The coffee is like other Starbucks. No complaints. What sets this one apart is the welcoming and caring Baristas. They gave a sincere greeting. The person who took my order actually engaged me in a meaningful conversation about Costa Rica. Also, unlike some of the stores in DTLA, this one was very clean. Somewhat surprising in light of its location. While this store has a drive through, it has a large and well appointed dine-in space. Job well done!

This is probably the worse starbucks in the area. They get my order wrong 50% of the time. Today was the kicker. After waiting in the drive thru for a good 15-20 min I go up to order and there is a hand written sign that says cash only. There should be someone letting people know this before making them wait. The girl taking orders was not helpful what so ever and directed me to the cafe, which isn't accessible from the drive thru. I would have had to drive around the block and wait in line again just to get in the the lot. Corporate should bring in managers from the Alvarado location to get this store up to standards. They never screw up my order.

Went in around 7pm on a rainy day. The service was great and all the staff greeted us and were friendly! The inside was very clean, spacious, had lots of seating, and music wasn't too loud neither. There's a small parking lot behind or drive thru around the back. Our party ordered a couple breakfast sandwiches and drinks. Food came out quick and warm. Drinks were perfect!

Like most Starbucks locations, staff is more concerned with the drive through. I ordered from the counter and never received a hello or a smile from a staff member. They honestly felt antagonistic. My coffee tasted so bad I couldn’t drink more than two sips. I give it three stars only because the sitting area is very nice.
