I have been coming to this location for about 3 years and never had an issue until recently. I ordered a 16oz latte and when I got home realized a lot of it was missing. I had to measure for my own sanity and you can see it was not even 12oz. I did contact the Starbucks chat support and was helped but I’m writing this review to warn others to check their drinks before leaving.
Came in through drive thru and spent literally 30 mins here for a coffee and coffee cake. We were the only ones in line and when they gave me my pastry, it was wrong. They literally handed me a cranberry scone. Had to knock on the window because our girl cashier was all giggles with her coworkers. Like come on, such a disappointment!

Water is legally supposed to be free. Stop asking for people to pay for water when it's their right.

Horrible place made me wait 24 minutes for nothing ordered thru the drive thru..waited 24 minutes just for the guy to tell me that they don't have the egg bites are you kidding me so now I left to work without food unbelievable..if you didn't have the egg bites its youre job to check not just say you have them when you dont
The quality and service of this Starbucks is garbage. The long wait times would not be an issue if the drinks were good. The quality of drinks is very inconsistent most of the time they are watery and sometimes they are actually good. Today after waiting for 10-15 minutes i received this watery refresher. Apart from it tasting like water, they got my order wrong as i asked for lemonade. A waste of money and time. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Rude staff. I was waiting 20 minutes for my order despite asking about it politely once. Then once I went for a refund I was being treated rudely once more.

Kevin is my guy an amazing greeter and personality. This man has got a dying hospitality that deserves praise like no other. Starbucks is lucky to have him on their staff. The fresca drinks are good and facility is very clean and maintained.

If you are in a rush trying to get to a business meeting or work or somewhere you need to get to quick please do not go here for and drive to experience it takes them forever to deliver the food to you you will be spending 15 to 20 maybe 30 minutes in the driveway it never fails every time I go to the Starbucks
