My drink came out within 45 seconds but waited for my burrito for about 7 minutes and then I got it and there was no bacon or sausage inside it. I was bummed out.

Worst, unsatisfactory, and unacceptable service, food, and atmosphere. This Starbucks was so bad, it didn’t give me a single atom of content. This Starbucks is a disgrace and should be removed from the face of the Earth. Not even the Earth, the universe as it failed many of my simple necessary standards, leaving me in an indecipherable position of disappointment and dismay. I hope one doesn’t find their way to this disgraceful store.

I come to this location a lot when taking a break from work, and Lorenzo always make the experience great. His attitude and great service makes me want to come back to this specific location, and I'm sure other customers feel the same. Great service and drinks are always on point.
They speak Spanish, I liked thatThe only thing I ask is that they don't add 5 pieces of sugar and they always add it, it's too sweet, my white chocolate mocha doesn't taste the coffee at all ☕

Its starbucks! Classic coffees well made without waiting more than realistically 5-10 mins because its usually busy. Ive no problem with it though since everyone was super friendly and made my coffee the way I wanted!
I was told by a staff member that they didn't do refills and it seemed to be specifically on the drink I had. I was basically forced to pay full price for a drink for my wife that I never took because I was disgusted with their attitude. They tried to deny me a refund then actually CALLED THE POLICE because I had the audacity to refuse to be robbed by the Starbucks staff there specifically this big white girl who seemed to be livid about my black wife having the audacity to refuse to be bullied out of our money. ALL TOGETHER ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I'VE EVER HAD ANYWHERE ...ESPECIALLY STARBUCKS.
