Stopped by to grab a coffee. Didn't see it at the pick up area when I got there, and it disappeared on the app. Then, the worker behind the counter saw it was a second order, and told me that I'd be refunded in 2-3 days. I'm glad she caught that, but I'm just annoyed with the fact that there's no dark roast, and the Stevia I asked for wasn't available either.
The service is very good, everyone is very friendly, respectful and they help you with your doubts about the menu, I have never had any problem with my order or to make an order... they are a very professional staff and besides they always always help you greeted with a smile and a hello! It’s Starbucks... the employees are cordial enough but I’m not going to Starbucks for that. I just want my drink so I can go. Average wait time no complaints there. Heard some supply complaints but I don’t think it’s something the employees have anything to do with. The pandemic has made shipping/ receiving complicated. Hopefully things will go back to normal at the end of the year.
