Very poor service. Today, in the morning, there was a guy who added caramel syrup to my cappuccino even though I didn’t ask for it. He also broke the potato+cheddar sandwich. Everything fell apart, and he just threw it on the plate carelessly and tried to hide it from us. Overall, the taste of the cappuccino and service were terrible.

Ordered a medicine ball for my son that was not feeling well, I don’t know what I received but it was disgusting. I tried calling the location to get another one , no one answered. I scanned my app for rewards but can not pay with my card at target locations. I tried to get a refund on the app and even called Starbucks, well my transaction was not recorded and I did not get a printed receipt. Terrible experience and a complete waste of my time

Zero customers, and two employees just chitchatting to each other’s instead of doing some cleaning. The place needs more attention; trash everywhere. Tables and counters needs attention 911. I was the only one ordering coffee and the staff were still talking while I was standing waiting for them. This is so sad.

Manager name of Ana kicked me out of the seating area and seemed to be racist. Multiple other people were sitting there even though it was closed off she chose me to kick out? All I did was walk in and try to sit down? There was no signs saying I could not. It’s very hot out let people sit.
