Came here for water and ignored and left waiting in the drive thru over a free water.

Had a terrible experience with the female staff and seeing the review makes me realize it wasn’t only us who had this experience. Agreeing with other reviews the female staff was super rude even though we met her for a short time just to pick up our order. I can’t believe you didn’t change her until now. Her face seemed to be so annoyed about us. Hope it changes soon as possible.

The goth female employee with the piercings is super rude and doesn't even respond to you. Coffee on the other hand is superb. Please provide better service to people and treat them with respect.

In the morning on 10/11/2024 @ starbucks where I normally have a pleasant experience. However today she/ Cashier refuses to scan my app on my phone and my app was open and waiting for her to scan so I can use it as a payment method, made me pay cash. Refuses to do it over and let me gain more points or give me the option to uses my points. Smh....They give you a third of coffee and the rest ice. After I'm done with my coffee. My cup is filled with ice. Even when I say light ice. The coffee waste because it's so hard to get a straw in that little rectangle. They should have giving the circle top for the straw drikers.why is it so hard to just have people treat you how they want to be treated if they was you.

I haven’t been to Starbucks in over a year but the PSL is out so I went. They automatically gave me an iced drink when I wanted hot and they didn’t ring in my order right. They are rushing and Only care if you’re an online order or drive thru. I ordered a drink and it was so gross. Customer service is sub par. I paid $7 for something that wasn’t made properly. I even told the guy working and he didn’t help me. He was acting like he didn’t know anything. Not happy. I wouldn’t even be acting like an insufferable jerk by leaving a one star review but I wasted $7 on a drink and it was nasty and they didn’t even fix it. Do not recommend Starbucks. I’ll never go back. Not even real pumpkin anyway.

Rude customers service didn’t give me my full change on Sunday-7-7-2024. @ 730pm or receipt closed register and then said I can’t open it come on Starbucks all the money you’re charging for drinks no need for employees to be like that. It’s not even about the money is about the principle won’t come back here again.

I just ordered drive thru this morning.
I did not start to drink it until I was on the freeway.
They gave me someone else’s drink … that they have already drank from!!
It smelled of aftershave AND was 1/2 empty.

I stopped after a sip.
I just hope no one spit in it.
I was too far and in traffic to bother heading back. Stopped at another Starbucks near my destination and they made me a new drink.
NEVER stopping at this location again.
