Just was not quite as good as the location on Lomita that i usually go to. Pastry was really dry and the service was not quite as interactive.

Out of peppermint syrup before 9AM on Nov 15th? Get your act together.

The 1 star is for Starbucks as a corporation for not making sure all their stores are stocked well enough to serve their heavily advertised seasonal drinks during the time period they’re supposed to be available. Especially at the beginning of the season.

And also for closing so many stores that the remaining locations are overwhelmed. They closed the one most convenient to me and I’m certainly not going to go out of my way now to visit a store when I won’t know until I’m trapped in a drive-thru line if they have the items I want.

Starbucks is Starbucks... What sets this store apart is the phenomenal staff. And it's not just cuz they're great servers and employees, welcoming, courteous, OnPoint, perfect drinks, etc. But you can tell they are that rare unique type that cares about another human just because they do. I really appreciate your brand and what you stand for — but I wanted to share some honest feedback. I’ve now spilled a large latte in my car twice, even with it secured in a cup holder. The current cup and paper lid design just doesn’t protect the drink properly.

I completely understand the focus on environmentally friendly materials, but if the lid isn’t secure, it becomes a real hazard — especially in a drive-thru context. This morning, while trying to stop the coffee from spilling all over my car, I almost got into an accident. It was stressful and honestly dangerous.

Please consider redesigning the lid or using more secure alternatives for drive-thru orders. Your drinks deserve better protection — and so do your customers.

The drive-through service was really bad. The staff seemed to have an attitude with customers. If you're having a bad day, maybe it's best not to come to work. When we ordered, she told us to order 5 minutes before arriving, which didn't make sense since we were already waiting in line for our drinks and food. We weren't expecting immediate service. She also handled our food roughly, adding to the rudeness

They always forgot to add cold foam. I literally work at Starbucks (different location.) And this place always messes up my order. I ask them to fix it nicely. I don’t wanna be rude to them but it’s just annoying how they always mess it up.
