Starbucks is Starbucks... What sets this store apart is the phenomenal staff. And it's not just cuz they're great servers and employees, welcoming, courteous, OnPoint, perfect drinks, etc. But you can tell they are that rare unique type that cares about another human just because they do. I ordered 3 croissants, 1 turkey sage, 1 banana nut loaf, 1 iced tea and 1 blackberry refresher. Since this is drive thru, i had to keep going not knowing my turkey sage was missing. I know it happens, but this placr is very narrow and tight. There were less than 10spots to park. I would think these baristas would double and triple check before handing the bag over. Having to drive back was a hassle, so I just thought of it as a tip, but not happy that it was missing
Rude customers service didn’t give me my full change on Sunday-7-7-2024. @ 730pm or receipt closed register and then said I can’t open it come on Starbucks all the money you’re charging for drinks no need for employees to be like that. It’s not even about the money is about the principle won’t come back here again.
