I think it’s really silly that you can’t buy ice! I go to Starbucks almost every week and this is the only Starbucks that’s ever given me a hard time. It just freaking ice! And I was willing to pay for it. But if you’re not able to charge me then you should accommodate your customers and just give it to me. I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to buy your random items that are $5 and up. This is literally is the only Starbucks that has ever refused. Won’t be back I don’t like this location.

Good morning today at Starbucks on Century in Watts Desi as a store manager she’s absolutely great. I’m giving this a five star because of her not because of the other employees. The employees around her are very rude. I ordered a caramel macchiato upside down. It wasn’t made wrong then when I told the young lady that this was not upside down, she took the cup from me, poured it in another cup added more caramel drizzle, and gave it back to me then I stood there for another 10 minutes, waiting on a cookie, the gentleman came from around the corner with four food items and just threw them in the basket. On the counter, so I’m looking through the items to find my name and then he just stood There did not say nothing. My cookie was very cold I didn’t say much because I was on my way to work, but I will be back later to let them know that the service I received this morning was absolutely horrible. thank God, I asked for another cup of ice because I had to pour the coffee in the other cup and this is all the caramel drizzle that was left in the cup when I told her light drizzle.

Whoever is on shift for Monday Night around 8:00pm needs to be fired . They are lazy my bag wasn’t sealed tight my drink was not filled to the top it was no seal. That’s so disappointing and disgusting not the first time I’m over it .

Guy taking orders was so rude , he said not to be standing that he will call us to give us our order , but our order was sitting there and he will not call our names , he will only call what ever he wanted I had look for my name because he was not calling it but did not wants us to be by the bar

The lids on my drive through drinks were not secured properly. The pistachio latte didn’t taste like coffee nor pistachio, but rather like sweet hot milk. The atmosphere is not welcoming. The breakfast sandwiches were okay for fast food.
That’s the last time I go to this Starbucks, time after time they mess up the order, they mess up the pink drink order and vanilla latte. Some of the easiest drinks. Either that or long waits. This one is 24 hours and closest to me. I rather drive farther than having to deal with wrong drinks, long waits or bad service.

The cashier who attended me at the drive-thru now Saturday 19 at 1:38 like she doesn't feel like working threw me my drink and wasn't kind enough to stretch to grab my money and shut up I should hire people who do want to work
