I already know that this location has been an issue for a long time because drink customization are consistently ignored. iced drinks are filled completely with ice even when I ask for less ice, and hot drinks are often missing whipped cream or aren’t filled all the way.

I’ve continued stopping by simply because it’s the closest location to me, but after repeated problems, I’ve decided it’s best not to return.

Terrible employee system, they always seem fixated on tasks & they don't even smile or let alone show expressive emotion even during the holidays. They also lack as much as helping the customers as well as delivery drivers when they check in, environment seems honestly depressing, even if there's a drive through to make it seem like it's just as efficient. Terribly situated location when the mcdonald's across the street could do a better job. I hope management or even owners can find a solution to improve this flawed system.

I had purchased a drink earlier the point is they refused to give me a small ice water and wanted to charge me $3.00 for a small ice water. (It should be free— as every Starbucks I go to) it’s unacceptable. Definitely wont be coming here ever again

I usually don’t review from one-off experiences but the dude with a bucket hat was so kind and had so much personality, same for the dude with hella dreads! Sucks that I’m not from around here, I would totally frequent here.

Had top notch service from Josh a barista trainer here. I understand why he’s the trainer. Leading with excellence. Staff is great and fast. If your in a crunch you can definitely count on this Starbucks.

This location is amazing! I came here because another store made my drink completely wrong and Michelle went above and beyond to show me how to Order my drink differently so that most barista would get it right I really appreciate her taking the time. Everyone was very friendly and a very clean store . Will be coming back 🙂

This is the worst Starbucks I never visit all employees the route and they won’t keep you whatever you asking for so I’m really disappointed I don’t recommend this place to anybody

Starbucks is overpriced and is charging for everything now. Apparently you need to buy something for a cup of water, which is crazy in California in this heat. It's crazy that it's $5 for a small drink, and most times it doesn't even taste good. The matcha tastes so bad I do not recommend it. Literally, do not waste your money here; go somewhere else.

I am extremely disappointed in the service I received at this Starbucks.
An employee named Alana took my order through drive-through, not only did she rush me, but she got my order wrong. She seemed out of it. When I got to the window, she gave me my order. I took a look at it and I could tell it’s not what I had ordered. I asked her if she could redo my drink due to it not being what I ordered.
She took my drink back and redid my order. However, the drink was still not what I ordered. I asked her for a straw to try it. She threw the straw and said have a good day with sarcasm. I thought about parking and going inside to get my order corrected but I was running short on my lunch break time.
Very disappointing that she couldn’t even wait for me to tell her that the order was correct or wrong.
Ended up throwing my drink away and lost six dollars and precious time.
Will not be coming back to the Starbucks, horrible service .
