This is my 3rd time visiting this location while shopping downtown and sadly this location has missed the mark every time. Something is consistently off with these drinks in comparison to other Starbucks locations. Maybe some additional Quality and customer service training would help.

I ordered my coffee and breakfast here expecting a certain level of business, but unfortunately, they don’t have a restroom. With six employees working 4–8 hours each, they want customers to believe there’s no restroom available. Very disappointing—I won’t be coming back.

As I entered, there wasn’t the friendly greeting. You normally get a most Starbucks.
As I asked for my coffee, waited a few minutes until someone from behind the counter stopped the personal conversations to assist me .
I then proceeded to order my blonde roast with heavy cream on the side .
Next, I asked for the bathroom code so I can use their facilities to wash up my hands . I was told that there are no public restrooms in the Starbucks.
I have never experienced that in the United States or in any other foreign country that I travel to from a Starbucks location .
I can see the restrooms were there, but apparently they do not let anyone use them .
I was very disappointed, canceled my order and walked out
Went to a local French pastry and coffee shop just a half a block away . I went across the street to Paris baguette My experience was the exact opposite, and their coffee was even better than I ever expected

There is no place to sit, no bathrooms. The managers explicitly denied a little 10 year old, use of the bathroom citing “liability “ horribly way to treat Hispanics. Lawsuit is in order!

Overall it’s a good Starbucks location. Stopped by while shopping around. Once I arrived I was waiting in line for a couple minutes and noticed it would just take longer if I wait in line so I placed my order thru mobile. Drinks came out very delicious!
