This is the worst Starbucks I have ever experienced. Sorry I didn't check thr reviews on location. Apparently they need to be trained to properly make drinks. Ordered a Carmel Bruelee that tasted like burnt milk. They didn't add any syrup and the espresso shots were burnt. Corporate should pull the owner's agreement for horrible representation of their company product.

Store close at 9pm and this guy decided to close the restroom at 4:20pm. Yelling at everyone who wanted to go there. Young man you probably don’t understand how important the restroom is to people like me who need to go to the restroom every 20min because of the blood pressure pills I take. Please be nice!

Homeless came in an set down because leg was hurting customers were very rude to me especially Caucasian blue or grey eyed man I'm very disappointed with experience I had there today 11/072025 drive thru was horrible seem like parking lot was to lil for customers...I suggest they move to another location

I called them if i can order online and pick it up by 10:20 pm as it was still showing open for online orders on starbucks app but the lady who answered my call was so rude and directly told me that we are closed . So if you don’t wanna serve customers why did you open the store ??

I was picked at by all 3 of the workers here. Good thing I have time tonight. I’ll be calling corporate. Waited 49 minutes to be told there’s no oat milk so I just asked for water cause I like my latte with oat milk. Tried to force me to buy a water bottle because I was suppose to know they ran out of oat milk and u har to still buy something. Then they laughed and mocked me. Trust corporate will here from me. I’ve given more money to Starbucks than all 3 of you have probably made from Starbucks! What a waste of 40 minutes of my life.

The store is advertised to close at 11pm. Being the only Starbucks open this late in west LA we drove 20mins to get our coffee and arrived at 10.35pm. The staff were working but the doors were locked. When we knocked on the glass door and tried to ask them if they were open or what the issue was they looked straight at us and completely ignored us without any response like it was a game. After knocking a few more times and being ignored one lady finally shouted “we’re closed!!”
