Came here at 11:58pm they are apparently understaffed and closed the whole store unless you do a mobile order yes because the drive though is closed, you cant even do that. It's a 24hour drive through that was closed because the employee working 6 hours couldn't handle making drinks... I'll never go to this dump again! Correction 2 people are working the 24 hour drive through and the whole store is closed.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The barista, Rianni, was incredibly rude and had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in. She seemed annoyed to take my order and was dismissive when I asked a simple question about the menu. Customer service matters, and this was definitely not it. I hope management takes note and addresses this issue no one wants to start their day with that kind of negativity.

Worst experience ever, I went on the drive thru and when i started to order the woman simply said she couldn’t take any more orders because there was a long line behind me, like i know there is a long line, I also went through that long line, but she simply gave me one latte and one cold croissant and refused to add anything else to my order because again there was “a long line”, yeah the same line i went through for now, worst starbucks ever, latte was bad btw
