Hey, Starbucks groupie here. I've had my shared of drive-thru and mobile pickup orders on a weekly basis with many of the Starbucks in the Westchester and Inglewood area. This is my two-cents and a nickel on this location. Let's jump right into this review.
This location is on Century Boulevard - stand alone location, directly across the street from the Westin Hotel. Use to be an old Taco Bell.
Drinks (my usuals) Venti strawberry acaí with lemonade, no strawberries, add peach juice
Venti green tea with water, add 2 splendas, sometimes I substitute water for lemonade
Grande Hot Chocolate w/ extra whipped cream, with a splash of vanilla syrup - kids temp :)
Things to know: - Drive-thru and inside accessible with tables and chairs. It's a large Starbucks.
- Private lot with parking spaces.
- I have ordered inside and through the drive-thru.
- I have learned that the refreshers/teas taste varies by location. I do wish there was consistency. Flavor is a hit and miss from time to time.
- The staff is friendly and personable at this location. No complaints. Service can be slow during peak times.
- The inside is usually in "good shape", lol. I don't see trash, dirty tables, or messy counters.
- This location is 24 hours. No matter the day, hour, light or dark outside, this Starbucks can fulfill all your coffee needs.
This is how my venti order from the app was sitting on the counter? I mean did someone drink it? I should have turned around and said something but didn’t have the time.

You will get more customers when you let customers sit inside later. you let customers sit until 9pm before, now I come at 7pm and you kicked me out. check your income is there any difference?

Good location with me at LAX Airport. I loved coming here in the past because I got to sit inside until 9pm. But today I came at 7pm and they kicked me out and told me to come to the drive thru. This is why I gave you 1 star

Tiny spot on the way to lax, supposedly there is drive-thru, but it's not really visible so it's very easy to miss. Very few parking spots. Service is really really slow - waiting for 10 minutes for a pastry with only three people in the store

My first order of Chai latte was trash. It's not a good example of someone's first LA experience of Starbucks. I returned from the airport and addressed the issue, and it was corrected after I explained I did not taste the pumps of chai tea at all. The drive thru is precarious as the building is next to a wall. My suggestion is to do better the first time and make your city proud. The hood makes it better every time. Century Blvd needs lessons...
