Very nice Starbucks location in West L.A. in the Palms area right off the I-10 freeway at Overland Avenue. I decided to stop by since I was on my way to Jefferson Park for Ciclovia coming from Westwood. I wanted to get my usual halfway through my ride and Google maps reminded me that this was a location I had never visited after riding past it many times. I will definitely go back as this is around some of my favorite hang outs when I'm in West L.A. There is no drive through or a dine in but you can always stand and drink/snack nearby.

We stopped here because I wanted coffee and my partner was having a bathroom emergency. She has diagnosed IBS and Crohn’s disease, informed the staff and manager of this and was refused entry to the bathroom. This is illegal in CA according to the Restroom Access Act and should be common knowledge in the restaurant business. Don’t come to this location, plenty of fantastic independently owned coffee shops in the area that that have better coffee/food anyway.

Went to pick up a mobile order and as I had arrived a bit later, Okeia (hope I’m spelling her name correctly!) generously offered to remake my drink as it had melted by then. Such a kind and attentive employee!

Honestly, this is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The customer service is amazing and everyone is friendly, which I love so much. Please share with the team how amazing they all are and to keep up the good work. They make people happy in the morning, especially on Monday mornings when we all hate to start the week. Seeing how happy they are changes everything!
I come to this location often, and I always have such a pleasant experience. Every worker I've encountered is so sweet and accommodating. I personally like how it's a small location and on the go. I understand this isn't the ideal situation for everyone, but I don't think the employees should suffer the ratings because of it.
