I came here got a caramel latte and a banana loaf , got a sit and wanted a cup of water but was refused when i asked for it , well at this point there should be a rule saying no water can be given to a customer if not purchased.

My wife came in buy food and coffee when I was park my car and I came in to use the restroom and ask about the code to go to restroom and find out that been told that need to buy something first to use the restrooms and staff gave me the code after I told her that my wife is sitting there and she already bought drink and food & by the way this is Unprofessional & unfriendly staff & rude didn’t care even the coffee is cold and unfresh and store is dirty & unhealthy food , I think stores that refuse customers to use their restrooms unless they buy something that’s against humanity and doesn’t deserve to give them business

This Starbucks has a real local feel- the workers greet everyone with a smile and for those who come regularly one can see the connection. This location offers side tables to work at and even have a conference room for groups to reserve and use. All walks of life come in and get their fix- now with the mug offer one can enjoy a hot coffee made to order and free refills. The dogs also appreciate the pup cups served in different sizes too. I appreciated having this space to work at while between meetings in the area.

If I could give less than a star I would this woman at the front counter is very rude she is for one sneezing all over the place she saw me approaching the counter and walked off to have a conversation with her coworker that could’ve waited then when she finally came to the register she CONTINUED to have the same conversation across the Starbucks with the coworker then finally took my order once she was done . Of course I was the only black person in the building but she was chipper and eager to engage with every customer after me who were might I add all yt
