The baristas are rude as hell here and when you ask nicely for something, they stare at you and toss either trays or straws at you. Y'all need an attitude adjustment.

The most disgusting Starbucks I've been to. There was literally human feces at the door, to be fair though it was by the front entrance but not inside the store itself. My order was wrong when I received it and I politely and gently told the barista, and she snapped at me and said I do not need to yell. I was profusely confused and apologized anyway but she completely ignored it. I apologized again and ignored again. Which felt absurd considering I did not yell at her. Not my best Starbucks experience. The woman taking down the orders was kind and the store itself was somewhat organized. They are a busy location, so be prepared to wait.

Ordered a double chocolaty chip but received a mocha cookie crumble instead. Also ordered a white chocolate frappe and it tasted like watered down milk (first time trying it so not sure if that's what it's supposed to actually taste like).

Very convenient location for a quick pick up. There are usually a few parking spots right out front, but watch the meters. Service was very friendly, past and efficient. Clearly there were a lot of regulars that seemed very comfortable there. Everyone was fully masked inside in July per the mandate.

Please don't front me a digital tip jar and pressure me to pay an inflated price for a future cup of coffee that hasn't even been served. It's not like Starbucks is going to pay the employee more than the bare minimum; and we all know what you think when they want to unionize. If you need the extra cash, include it in the price of services rendered.

Quick and efficient.I just get black coffee (simple man with simple tastes) and a few splendas .I don't care much for dessert coffee. My sister got caramel frap with soymilk. They did a great job with her thing, and she liked it. No complaints.

The workers at this Starbucks are always very sweet! I appreciate how hard they work and manage to keep smiling every time I go in, cause I know being a barista can be super-hectic, but they always do a great job making my American with lightning speed.I love coffee, and while Starbucks coffee blends/roasts may not be my favorite coffee in the whole city, I get a lot of gift cards from well-meaning individuals that know I love coffee! I'm happy to spend those points at this store :)

Most Starbucks baristas greet their customers. Unfortunately, that is not the case at this location where I had put in a mobile order with an estimated pick-up time as 6:56 AM. While I was there waiting for almost 20 minutes, even when I was the only customer left waiting, no one acknowledged me. I asked for an update at 7:15 AM and only then did they tell me they were working on my order. I'm so used to the great service I get at the 6th & Bixel location one block away where they actually value their customers so maybe I'm holding this location to an unrealistic standard.
