Was going to order Matcha and asked for restroom code. Got denied and had to wait in line to order and then get the code. Ok fine, but an older lady in front got the code without even ordering, Then later a guy in suit got the code without purchase. Seems like a total biased profiling from the employee (young girl). Starbucks, please take care of this behavior by your employee. Also why this location reserved one of 2 restroom as "employee only"? No wonder the other one was dirty, since workers are only cleaning their own restroom.

50/50 in the mornings, I don’t think they read the instructions on mobile orders well. Which is no good if you’re in a rush.
Service is fine in store, but after calling this location from work regarding my order, whoever was on the phone was very unprofessional. It seemed as though he couldn’t hear me well so I said I’d call back later, and his response was “well why did you call back now” and hung up (??) So he could hear me well when I said that, but couldn’t earlier? I’ve got a feeling he does it on purpose.

Tried their strawberry Acai, and it was on point.
This starbucks doesn't have much sittings available, I recommend the preorder and walk over method. Unless you like to hang out in store and people watch as you wait for your drink.
Leo took my order correct ✅& has great customer service I don’t get the name of the other guy but my coffee was made to perfection I didn’t have to wait along time I just know that the guys working at 11:45 have great customer service ✅
