i am here about twice a week since i live upstairs and never have coffee sprouts to make beans to grind into juice... these guys are considerate to homeless to a point. they'll give them water, but wont let them stink up the place.. maybe its cooperate policy? anyway, its a nice balance between human compassion and snooty coffee bros. oh yeah, the coffee tastes like sbux. if you haven't been to one yet, can you send me the address to the rock you've been living under?
This location is super convenient! I always mobile order on the app and they have it ready in literally 2 min. So fast and efficient. The staff is always friendly and attentive. My dog gets all the attention when we come in here. They are very pet friendly!! He loves it too! We always come here and get the best service.

This location is a star short of 5 because of the frequent pan handlers and drug addicts that walk near or inside. In my last visit, a pan handler walked in asking for money that no one gave her. I noticed one customer offered her a free drink that she slapped away and caused a spill. She even shouted that she didn't want the drink, she wanted money, this after telling someone else that she's hungry. If you have the tolerance for this atmosphere feel free to visit this location because everything else is spot on. If you can't deal with this then avoid this location and find the safest Starbucks that you can visit. There are plenty in DTLA.

The baristas are nice here. Drinks are totally fine. The homeless that camp out front is only reason I'm giving one star less than 5 stars. Unfortunately, they can't help it. But be mindful of that when visiting this Starbucks.

I find myself going to this starbucks a lot because it's close.. The coffee was good and always stronger than the other starbucks nearby. But the last two months my coffee's been rather very watery and horrible. It taste like overcooked coffee, very dull and burnt flavor. There was a lot of times they would forget to give me soy milk but I don't want to be that person to ask my drink remade. I've seen the employees argue frequently with customers so I decided to avoid ordering face to face. Like I pay over 9 bucks for a coffee (5shots in total), I expect it to be good yk? The place is not just how it used to be..
