I had a great experience at this Starbucks! Yoselin and the rest of the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The place was clean, and my drink came out perfect. No complaints at all—just a really solid visit. Definitely a 10/10, would recommend!

Arely runs the best morning shift here, they are swarmed with employees from the buildings next door and the orders flow out effortlessly. Always greeted with great energy when I walk in, I need my coffee but I come for them

I have had the pleasure to encounter 2 Starbucks Baristas who provide AMAZING customer service. Shakyra is a Barista who I’ve had interactions with multiple times and let me tell how pleasant she is while providing EXCELLENT customer service with a smile. She is always so busy behind the counter moving around working but she always makes time to give a smile and a greeting while always making eye contact. She is such a Bright Light in that establishment that the times I happen to go in and it’s not her shift, it’s a noticeable difference in the atmosphere. No matter how busy she is, she always seems to have an eagerness to do a good job. It is apparent that she likes and appreciates her job and cares about her customers. I wish all employees were as REFRESHING, HUMBLE, INVITING & WELCOMING as her. Please acknowledge Shakyra in whatever positive way possible. Whether it be giving her a raise, rewards, etc. I’m there very often so I’m grateful for the great customer service she provides & I appreciate that she goes Above and Beyond to make the customer have a Happy and Positive experience in Starbucks. This week I noticed a new face in Starbucks (Cameron) who provided me great customer service. He was so positive with a willingness to help me. It was apparent that he was trying to do a good job and I was so thankful. He repeated my order just to make sure he had it right and that made me Happy. His demeanor was very pleasant. Perfect location inside Gloria Molina park. It's a small shop but plenty of outdoor seating and the staff is very fast to turn drinks around. There are public restrooms too so it's a good stop whenever you're in the park.

NO MORE SLEEVES OR WATER! But who needs a sleeve when you have a happy face or your name on the cup to ease the burning sensation. Good way to connect with your clients/community, Starbucks.

Not a lot of inside seating, but honestly, this is one of the best locations for any cafe ever! Shoutout to the crew who worked on Christmas Eve before the strikes! ✊ I just wanna' say, the staff is fighting a good fight!

This location has no concept of crowd control, letting people line up for 30+ minutes, then suddenly telling them to go away and locking the doors.
Closed early and stopped taking orders online super early. Lady at the dior was super rude. "Well that's not my problem." She said. Someone else just wanted water and she didn't even have the courtesy to share there was a drinking fountain steps away. Wow.

There was a scary guy selling strange drinks in front of the door, but the Starbucks I went into was really cool and comfortable. The fountain in front is pretty, so I thought it would be nice to sit in the pink outdoor seats and enjoy Starbucks.

Honestly, I'm really disappointed in the staff. I was a near regular in this place for a while. And my order was repeatedly forgotten about. There were many a times I just walked out without anything because I had to run to work. How hard is it to make a cup of tea? And when I had to tell them, all I get is attitude. What a waste.
