Sandra is amazing! She’s genuinely the best. Knows my drink and adds extra caramel drizzle before I even ask. Sandra is so so personable and accommodating. I’m so so grateful for her service, she definitely adds to my experience! Thank you <3

Yesterday I call the store to know if they have were going to have the new Starbucks merch, they said they were working on shipment and if they had any they will release it tomorrow fsfc. I went to this store at 4:25am in the morning to see if they had any new shipment, and they told me that they didn’t received it. I called at 7:40 to ask again if they are done with shipment since there was a lot of boxes at the front, they said the received 2 of the new Starbucks teddy bear cup, and they were all sold out and there was a line since 4 in the morning and they took them both. I told her I was there since 4:25am and there was only one person waiting and me and they were any new shipment, I asked her what time they were bought she said “oh we didn’t received they then hang up on me” this is poor customer service and they are keeping the merchandise for them self what a horrible experience.

Decent Starbucks. Everyone that works here is very friendly. Service was kinda gummy (slow) when we first came in but they handled it well. I do wish there were more seating areas. Location is clean. Employees were active with keeping the place tidy.

It’s a large space but not a lot of seating. Otherwise a pretty standard Starbucks, a welcome place to go to in the neighborhood

Today I went to Starbucks. Jay, the Barista/ Manager physically showed me the different grinds I could use for my cold brew carafe. Thank you so much for your patience and time.

no tibs, so we go after everyone and the waiter makes a scandal, the sellers are only interested in the tibs and don't think I understand English, he was complaining because we didn't give any tibs for a takeaway coffee, a shame to have waiters like that

Ordered a shaken espresso and it turned out incredibly bitter and almost sour. Maybe they used dark roast instead of blonde espresso? Hard to say. I’ve had the same drink at dozens of locations and this was exceptionally bad and seems off.
