I waited 20 min in line and I’m still not at the speaker. This isn’t the Starbucks experience that is talked about.
I’m a regular customer at Starbucks, but this location has been consistently disappointing. While drinks are made quickly, the food service is extremely slow. On my most recent visit, I nearly finished my drink before my food was even ready, which defeats the purpose of ordering them together.
The workflow for warming food seems inefficient. The staff member responsible for the oven often waits until 7 or 8 items are finished before bringing them all to the pickup area at once. As a result, customers who ordered food are left waiting far too long, even when the store doesn’t appear that busy.
Although the staff is polite and friendly, good attitude alone doesn’t make up for poor execution. This experience was frustrating and not what I expect from Starbucks. Unfortunately, due to work reasons, I have no choice but to continue coming to this location.
On January 9 at 11:30 pm went grabbed some drinks with some friends we all ordered LIGHT ICE , extra fruit! And special directions for our order… they gave us damn near full ice. No soy milk in the matcha and asked for cold foam nothing just drops of foam and no fruits ON OUR Venti drinks. We repeated order ; she also repeated orders back and we were clear . They all had rbf’s in there . # this why Dutch bros coming up. Mind you we spun back asked nicely to fix the drinks and she closed the window after grabbing one drink,didn’t let me finish speaking . Idk but hopefully this reaches managing team, Starbucks was known for customer service before ,no?

I placed a mobile order specifically to avoid waiting. When I arrived, I asked about my order and was told they didn’t have anything under my name. Then I was told it would be out “soon.” I waited over 5 minutes, asked again, and it turned out they had completely forgotten about my order. Only after asking a second time did they make it, and it was ready about 30 seconds later.
This defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. There was no apology and very poor communication. Extremely frustrating experience.

I came to this establishment to conduct business and needed some paperwork printed out and I asked the manager if he'd help me out. The manager was very helpful and printed that paperwork out for me and I was able to complete the business I was conducting. Thank you so much sir!

Need to change the schedule if starbucks dining wont be open and its only drive thru .. annoying seeing the nasty looks from the employees pointing to the drive thru ..
