The staff seems friendly. They have a restroom 🚻 so they get extra points for letting us use it
The good and drinks are delicious and prompt. Well maybe faster if using the app. But either way I've had to stop here several times to get a drink or a bfast sandwich and use the restroom.
If anything jacks has a restroom nextdoor.
They have a drive thru I saw a sign which states they are open 24hrs 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Also this location has more open space inside all the seats are along the walls

Stopped for a coffee and toilet break. Ordered a hot late and a cold one, both were good.
I always paying customer and never is their a restroom available .. even iff purchase item they never leet u used it bad service ..

Everyone at this location including my the manager have been amazing with my Starbucks order. When I say amazing I mean they already have my order memorized and tapping down on the register ready for me to pay. I’m always greeted by name and always left nice little messages on my food bags or drink cans ntainers telling me to have a great day at work. This location is seriously one of my highlights of my mornings and a great way to start off my day. So Thank you to all of the employees that work there.

I placed my mobile order for in store pick up at 5:05 am with a estimate of 5:18 am ready. As I arrive I noticed the oatmeal was ready but not my drink I waited patiently. 5:38 and still no drink and I approach who I believe the morning shift manager, I show her my order and she said ok. I go back to waiting and it is 5:45 and still nothing and mind you 4-5 people were serviced before the barista acknowledge me. He proceed to ask me if my drink has soy milk? I kindly say yes but I am baffled as to how he missed my drink? After he is done he apologize for the wait as does the person who I belive is the shift manager. I appreciate the apologie but not the lack of costumer service displayed by the staff!
