I have a dairy allergy.. Other locations make sure I get the oat milk when I order .. never had an issue until I came to this location I specifically said oat milk on my PSL And was charged for oat milk .. yet when I took a sip .. it tasted off It was not oat milk Label also did not reflect that it was oat milk Spent the next few hours in agony and had to take Benadryl to stop allergic reaction Good thing it was only a sip ! I’ve had other issues with this location before, but this one definitely left me not wanting to come back to this location

The food-always in stock & delicious. The staff, meh. The male servers are okay, the younger gals have major attitudes!!! Seriously, at $20.00 an hour plus a tip, figure out who the customer is!! I come with a smile & sometimes paying for the car behind me who is a total stranger, and they're busy slamming the drive up window. REALLY? WTH do they think they are? Try out models for LA Apparel? If it were up to me, I'd avoid contact with the employees, all together. They are sometimes rude and for no apparent reason.

Almost sure I got food poisoning from a coffee. Ordered Sunday morning it’s Tuesday and still have a stomach ache. The drink tasted of from the get go but needed caffeine to keep me awake. Didn’t even get halfway there drink was undrinkable. Never again

Came from Las Vegas stopped for some coffee and had to use the restroom and let me tell you it was disgusting and smelled like pee it was so bad the restroom was so dirty it was shameful to walk in to a dirty
