Brite smells😁 from Blonde E. as I received the famous RED CUP and Ti sugar Cookie Latte ( 😋dilesh😍 ) I got mine. Where is urrrrs😉😊😁😆

I hadn't been to this location in a few years, its was too busy understaffed and always messy. went in the other day to find a fully staffed location being ran great with an amazing team. been back three times this week and the same each time. talked to the manager on duty to tell him I see they've made big improvements. great job .

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Starbucks during a holiday drop. We were in line since 2 AM, excited for the Hello Kitty cups, only to watch employees take all of the merchandise for themselves. Two employees, Irma and Heidi (who even admitted she wasn’t a manager), were seen purchasing all the cups right in front of waiting customers and refused to sell any to us.
The staff repeatedly claimed the items were “sold through the drive-through,” but that was completely false — I personally went through the drive-through, and nothing was being sold. We have pictures and videos to prove what happened. It’s unacceptable for employees to keep limited-edition merchandise that should be available to customers.
Starbucks corporate will be contacted regarding this incident, as this location clearly needs better oversight, transparency, and accountability. Starbucks needs to do better — customers shouldn’t have to wait for hours only to be treated unfairly by the employees.
I really never buy coffee late night but today I was really craving a latte and I wanted a protein coffee so I decided to stop by and get one usually everywhere I go the cashier and the barista are so nice and sweet but today The person that took my order was just having a horrible day. I really never do reviews. I’m not a person who likes to complain about anything very chill, but this girl really didn’t want to work. She had an attitude. She handled my coffee and my food like she didn’t wanna be there. I don’t know. I sometimes feel that not everybody is up to just treating people Nice
