I came into this Starbucks today this morning. Omg the energy was very on pleasant with all staff no smiles no hello not even a good morning. I’ve gone to other locations and they always greet customers with a great smile. Who ever is the Manager here needs to talk to all off their staff seriously I felt not very welcome the young lady was very cold and nasty face. I always say Manager’s needs to have a morning meeting with their staff in regards how to treat customers with a smile and a hello at least a fake smile because seriously I felt very uncomfortable at this location. Definitely have a talk with all your staff please. Even the girls that was doing the drinks no smile no hello I always say if this job is not for you then don’t be their.

I placed an online order and when I came in as a walk in pick up I was turned away due to construction on the dining area. I’m an understanding person but the worker came to the door and told me that I can’t come in but he could’ve just gave me my drink at the door.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. I went into the store on 11/18/2023. I don't know if the cashier didn't like me or what so ever, but they never called out my name to hand out my drink. I wasn't paying much attention but sure they never called out my name, instead the cashier called the guys bame who had order after I did as soon as she called J****** name, I saw a drink that seemed mine and she called me with the next quote "ooh you're drinks ready" am like wth? What did I do wrong? I have been standing here a couple of minutes and they havent even called my name. I had been to this specific location many times before and the atmosphere, vibe and service was quite smooth, chill and I can say even cool. I know Starbucks employees don't get paid much, but if you are not a "people's" person don't work in customer service or if you got something personal with a customer, don't work in retail or food service. One of my favorite Starbucks, but the rude manner and ways, nope. 0 ***** for this location.

My review is based on several visits to this particular Starbucks location. After various visits with the same treatment I felt compelled to write a review. My visit was at 2:00 pm on Sunday, November 12, 2023. First of the two young ladies manning the register for walk in customers spent a good five minutes ignoring the growing line, after a few minutes they acknowledged my presence and told me that one of them would be with me shortly as one was to take a break and the other one was brewing a fresh batch of coffee. Once the second young lady gave me the time of day she turned around and told me to wait some more as she had another issue to take care of before. While I do not expect everything to be dropped to help me, I feel five minutes plus to wait to be acknowledged is too long. This is based solely on the service, the music in the lobby at this Starbucks is always awesome.
