Sbux rocks!! We love the extended hours at this specific location. Yes, parking can be limited at times, but HELL this place wasn't designed to have folks hang out, sip dollar coffee, and pretend to "study" with thier lap-tops while sucking-up free power all day long. ;-)

This location is now open 24 hours, but it is drive up and walk up only. No indoor area at all.
This is a Starbucks Hot coffee, looks like a basic paper cup coffee with none of safety hot cup sleeves.

An honest review…
Let me first say the employees at this location are dealing with a lot of things that nobody should have to deal with at work and it reflects in their service at times. I’ve mostly had good experiences here but a few times my coffee came w/ a little too much attitude or my order was carelessly made….To be fair they are HUMAN beings and I can’t see how the stuff that I have seen happen here (just being a customer a few times a week) wouldn’t affect anyones mental health day in and day out. This is a 24 hour location which I love for convenience but for the employees safety they often have to close the doors around 5:30pm so you’re forced to get in the drive thru line after already placing an order on the app…incredibly inconvenient when you’re running late for a long night shift. That drive thru line gets really long sometimes and by the time you get your order it’s cold or just made wrong all together and there’s nothing you can do about it.
I think the franchise owners of this location should be ashamed of themselves for not having security for their employees and patrons as busy as this location is day and night.
It would take a lot of pressure off employees and be much more considerate to customers to have a pick up window like other locations if they need to close the doors but again a security guard would alleviate most of their issues…I wont even get started on NO CUSTOMER RESTROOM policy…REALLY!??? I just paid $15 for a coffee and a sandwich and can’t use the bathroom!?? Come on!
I would love to see this Starbucks do better for its employees and customers!
I wonder do these franchise owners ever visit their own establishment to get a view of a customer’s perspective…I doubt it.

Rudy's customer service was top tier - he went above and beyond. I was having issues with the app and he was able to help me. When I called the store I was doubtful my call would even be answered, but it was! My struggle with the app was not only addressed but solved. It was very simple, less than 5mins but he took the time to help me out.

06/30/2024 5:30 pm, representatives denied the use of the restroom for us as customers, apparently this Starbucks does not have public restrooms. Big surprise, I thought the Starbucks CEO had done something about this. Very bad experience, had to walk to Jack in the Box to use the restroom.
