Everytime I come to this location all the ladies (Courtney, Nae, Candie, Junique, etc), make the BEST DRINKS. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is ALWAYS ON POINT. I never have a bad day when visiting this location. The service is swift, kind and tasty. Thank you Ladies. Keep up the excellent service. Highly Recommended!!

It’s 7pm and they “don’t “ have Frappuccino’s , no tea for a passion tea lemonade AND no milk for hot chocolate. Lazy people ! Horrible service! DO NOT waste your time coming here!!
Second time here and they didn't have what I wanted. First no Frappuccino, second time wanted a medicine ball. He said we're using mint, it's that fine? I thought it would be the same bags, just using mint tea as liquid. So I just bought some useless mint tea. Only in the hood.

Just wanted to say I appreciate the kindness and common courtesy that this barista gave us this evening. My friend & I came to this location because we called to ask if they take EBT at this location and they told us yes. Til we got there we sent it was closed but we seen someone and asked them if they were closed, she was the barista and mentioned she was on her lunch and would be back in 45 minutes.. so we waited and shopped inside Ralph’s. Once she opened and we were 3rd in line.. I asked her how was her lunch? She said it was ok.. then we heard she was out of some things and that her team didn’t prepare for shift.. we said oh no that’s ok no worries.. and as we were paying my friends EBT was declining.. the barista then mentioned they didn’t take EBT anymore.. we were so embarrassed.. she was so kind and courteous that she offered our drinks on the house! Thank you so much for that! My poor friend was having a bad day since she broke her two fingers just yesterday and I wanted to take her out because she wanted coffee! Anyway I appreciate your service! I do believe that Starbucks management needs to have a chat with their team to make sure they’re always stocked and prepared especially during these holiday seasons when coffee is life! I hope you won’t have to understaffed for too long!
