Bro I wanted an ICED pistachio latte with soy milk to go, that’s it, no fancy stuff, gave me a HOT pistachio latte for here???? Like can you read bro? You ok??

Made it wrong twice when it was written clearly on the sticker. Gave an attitude when wanted to make sure it was with soymilk.
The remake one has all the syrup at the bottom not even mixed

Dude
If you don’t wanna work here just don’t work here

I’ve never left a review for a Starbucks, but Stephen made that an exception. His incredibly warm hospitality and attention to making what is normally an inauthentic experience, one that felt personal. He deserves a lot of praise.

I have never had asked me to order at the register for a water. I ordered my Americano using my app and when I asked for side water, the lady asked me to stand on a line and order for water again. I had Starbucks yesterday as well and no one asked me to stand on a line again for freaking water lol lady if you want to make up excuses for not providing water, make a good one.

Big, fancy space which is better than most Starbucks. Unfortunately that is about the only good thing about this place. Service is extremely slow even when it’s not busy. My items will be made 10 mins apart which is very unusual for Starbucks. In a recent visit after waiting for 10+ minutes more than usual, the cap of my drink wasn’t put on properly and I spilled it all over myself. Time for a new shirt.

You can’t even compliment the staff here without getting an eye roll. Genuinely the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Rude staff, they don’t even fill your drink up to the top, they ignore you when you say “excuse me,” and generally act like making your coffee is a personal inconvenience for them. I’ve complimented many on outfits, accessories, etc. and had some walk away without saying anything. Others, yes, have actually rolled their eyes. I’ve spoken to others and it’s the same experience for them. Is working at the USC Village that bad or is it just this lineup of baristas that hate customer service this much?

I had an absolutely awful experience at this Starbucks location. The Latina girl with the ponytail with brown blonde highlights , completely gaslighted me when I tried to explain how my usual drink should taste and look like. I asked for less ice, and she had the audacity to tell me I was ordering the wrong drink and didn’t even bother to make it correctly. To make things worse, she tried to charge me extra for something that wasn’t even my mistake.
I ordered ahead, and my drink took over 10 minutes to make, despite there being only two other customers in the store. I ended up going to the Target Starbucks nearby, and they immediately agreed that my drink was made incorrectly. I returned with photo proof of the poorly made drink later in the day, and when I showed it to her, she got defensive, especially with her coworkers looking on. It was absolutely unprofessional.
The store wasn’t busy, with only 4 customers in total, so there was no reason for this level of poor service. Honestly, this employee needs to go back to the basics if she doesn’t know how to make a simple drink. I shouldn’t have to argue for a refund or a remake, especially when I paid almost $10 for a drink that wasn’t made right. Terrible service, and I won’t be coming back to this location.

The guys working were rude/dismissive and wouldn’t even give me a cup of water for my dog. I guess creating a shitty experience is better for business than the extra expense of giving away water?.?.

I'm pretty disappointed, I usually buy my morning coffee at Starbucks. Today, after my run, I went in and asked for a cup of water. Barista looked at and stated sorry water is only for paying customers. One lost customers, keep it up, Starbucks!

I hope it's just me and not a practice here, but this morning was my first visit to this location and the two flat whites were short of volume by a significant amount. This is my typical order, I get it weekly at various Starbucks and it was a notable change in volume consistency over other locations. Calling it out in case others have had that experience with this location.

They actually close at 10:00 pm to the public. 11:00 p.m. if you are a USC student and can show ID.
