Nice place to find coffee and snacks
I had an absolutely awful experience at this Starbucks location. The Latina girl with the ponytail with brown blonde highlights , completely gaslighted me when I tried to explain how my usual drink should taste and look like. I asked for less ice, and she had the audacity to tell me I was ordering the wrong drink and didn’t even bother to make it correctly. To make things worse, she tried to charge me extra for something that wasn’t even my mistake.
I ordered ahead, and my drink took over 10 minutes to make, despite there being only two other customers in the store. I ended up going to the Target Starbucks nearby, and they immediately agreed that my drink was made incorrectly. I returned with photo proof of the poorly made drink later in the day, and when I showed it to her, she got defensive, especially with her coworkers looking on. It was absolutely unprofessional.
The store wasn’t busy, with only 4 customers in total, so there was no reason for this level of poor service. Honestly, this employee needs to go back to the basics if she doesn’t know how to make a simple drink. I shouldn’t have to argue for a refund or a remake, especially when I paid almost $10 for a drink that wasn’t made right. Terrible service, and I won’t be coming back to this location.
The guys working were rude/dismissive and wouldn’t even give me a cup of water for my dog. I guess creating a shitty experience is better for business than the extra expense of giving away water?.?.
slowest starbucks i’ve ever been to
I'm pretty disappointed, I usually buy my morning coffee at Starbucks. Today, after my run, I went in and asked for a cup of water. Barista looked at and stated sorry water is only for paying customers. One lost customers, keep it up, Starbucks!

I hope it's just me and not a practice here, but this morning was my first visit to this location and the two flat whites were short of volume by a significant amount. This is my typical order, I get it weekly at various Starbucks and it was a notable change in volume consistency over other locations. Calling it out in case others have had that experience with this location.
They actually close at 10:00 pm to the public. 11:00 p.m. if you are a USC student and can show ID.
Please do not support this Starbucks!! I strongly felt that the store manager was super racist. And looks like there are other reviewers that’s experienced this at this Starbucks. Avoid avoid avoid

One fine morning, the fire alarm went off at 5am in our dorm and we had to go outside (☹️👎). We stood around for a quick minute but then we were like “yo what places are open right now” and guess what… STARBUCKS WAS OPEN YAASSS!!! I got a Frappuccino and a sandwich and it was 10/10 delish. Then I went soundly back to sleep and had a GREAT day all because of Starbucks. Keep it up y’all doing great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Found the barista who was taking our order a bit racist. Started asking me and my brother questions like who is the supreme court justice? who is the president of the US? Not sure what training do these guys go through here.

Why is it no matter what I add to my coffee order, no matter how I change it up,
It comes out exactly the same.
None of the extras that are ordered and always tasting like burnt piss water.
