I usually enjoy going to this Starbucks to sit and enjoy my order. It had been 10-15 minutes since I ordered and I saw people in line behind me were receiving their order. I simply asked if my order was still being made and the guy making the drinks became really passive aggressive with me... not an enjoyable experience at all.

Rick is amazing, he was so helpful in preparing breakfast for 25 people with less short notice. He assured me my order would be taken care of at 8:15am sharp and it was!!! I will be coming back here for all my large group needs. Very reliable!! Especially since I’ve had bad experiences at other Starbucks’ before. Thanks Rick!

Gosh, this is probably the worst starbucks in the area, they almost never get the order right and they don't greet customers. Not sure what's going on. The village is a great alternative.

Reasonably priced and professional. Air conditioner repair. Went out of his way on my key fob disaster and handled it for me.

Of all thr starbucks locations on campus this is the worst I don't know if it's the staff or WHAT but everytime I order a vanilla frap with no whipped cream, they put whipped cream. A lot of the time it even says so on the cup; they just simply don't know how to read. AND everytime I order a plaine bagel WITH BUTTER I am given cream cheese and then I look back at my receipt and see I was charged for it too. How irritating. Then I have to go back and tell them I wanted butter not cream cheese even when it says so on the little bag it comes it. Hire new staff for please. This is ridiculous. NOT TO MENTION this is a place where students come to atudy so why is it that the loudest people in starbucks BY FAR are the staff? like seriously ?
