This place is incredibly noisy, the music is so loud it's impossible to concentrate, plus it's December and the air conditioning is freezing cold. As soon as we arrived, one of the employees told us we had to order something. I hadn't even opened my laptop or settled in properly when he was already telling me we had to order something (how rude!). I'm definitely not going back to this café. It seems like the employees only want to work at the drive-thru and don't want any customers inside. I ordered a cookie for my son through the app, and when it was ready, they never put it in the pickup area or called my name. I had to get up and wait there, and it wasn't until after a while that the employee asked me if I was waiting for something. Terrible customer service. They need to improve how they treat customers, especially since my son has special needs. Maybe that bothered them.

Staff just standing around talking about personal events i was waiting quite a while before they final helped me out , what makes this situation so upsetting is I was there to pick up an order and well time is money and. Im trying to make a buck while theses ladies are making a hourly wage so they domt care that they're wasting my time and company's time smh

As a regular, sometimes multiple times a day customer, former employee and shareholder, I was extremely offended when my request to use the bathroom was denied. While I understand the challenges facing sbux stores today, this behavior is still completely unacceptable and is illegal

Very disappointing experience.
We came to this store intending to purchase something and enjoy a peaceful moment, as we often do at other Starbucks locations. However, from the very beginning, the staff’s attitude was cold, dismissive, and clearly discriminatory. We were treated rudely and made to feel unwelcome, even being subtly told to leave — with no valid reason at all.
It was clear that the way we were treated was based on prejudice or racism, which is completely unacceptable and goes against the values Starbucks claims to uphold. It’s upsetting that in 2025, experiences like this still happen.

Lobby was close because, literally the lobby closes at 6:00 I look up their business hours it says it's open until 9:00 p.m.. don't really know what's going on but no where is post location closes this early

As someone who goes to Starbucks quite often, I can say with pride that this coffee shop gives the coffees with quality and comfort. Not only that the baristas know so much about how to make a yummy drink they also have an incredible attitude welcoming you with a “Hello welcome!” and making every visit feel so welcoming. I can always trust Starbucks with their high quality made drinks whether I’m grabbing my usual or a new drink. If you are looking for a good place to just sit and relax or to grab a coffee with someone I would say Starbucks is worth a visit.
