There is an unfortunate person named Alliance Fork who made your day and his service wonderful, nice and fun and we are a group who loved the cafe because of him despite the large number of cafes we have. Thank you, Alliance, you are a great man

Great vibe and service, chill music, clean. Elliott is the best! He raises the bar in service and welcomes everybody with enthusiasm.

Do not top these people. I asked for water after buying some tea, and they refused my service. Greedy place.

You really can’t go wrong with Starbucks. This is a quintessential Starbucks in a solid location. Clean, set up well. Very fast service.

Slow service most of them look like all students, the bathroom so dirty nobody maintaining it. No manager on the floor..

Elliott is 10000/10. He's so sweet and kind and has great energy. One of my coworkers spilled her drink, and he helped her clean it up and didn't make her feel bad about it at all and had another drink made for her. Meanwhile, still maintaining a cheerful attitude and handing out the other customers their drinks. Then, out of nowhere, he started speaking Spanish to the workers behind the counter. Honestly, someone could have helped him clean it up very quickly, but they all ignored it. He had to ask for help multiple times before someone reacted. Poor teamwork on their part, honestly.

5 stars for Elliott.

Been there several times. Jada is so kind and is the only barista asks if I need a straw.

I’ve come in here several times lately and it’s because of the staff. One afternoon as I was on my way in Kody was dealing with a homeless woman who was “unique” to say the least. Poor woman clearly had mental Issues and Kody approached the situation with a little lighthearted humor. (Clearly he’s dealt with this type of person before) Needless to say he was able to get her out of the store with less of a scene than she had created. Kudos Kody. I absolutely HATE how Starbucks is and continues to coward down to the masses. SB needs to get it through their heads that we are paying a premium for coffee. I know I’m not alone when i say that I do not want to go to an establishment that caters to the homeless by letting them stink up the place and shower in the bathroom sink. This catering to the homeless creates a bad environment and your poor employees pay the price for this.

I loved it. Very nice place; clean and a beautiful smiling server. It’s close to many offices and the central LA public library. They must be having great business. The neighborhood has a gem of a service in its heart.I didn’t bother with parking because I was coming from the central library. I hope many of the patrons don’t mind about parking since they must be coming from office blocks with their own parking spaces.
